Ha una voce meravigliosa ma il testo di questa canzone non è abbastanza forte per vincere Sanremo. I live in Ireland but I was visiting home when Sanremo was on and I watched the whole thing... it's such a huge event for us, but sometimes artists don't get the reactions they fully deserve, cause they might bring something new, more progressive or simply with a more International vibe, and sometimes they end up being misunderstood or overlooked. Annalisa presented a GREAT song, with an incredible stage presence. She didn't win, but she's winning the charts and definitely got a new fan here - as I didn't know her that well before this year. Italian guy here, I wanted to tell you some insight about this song, I like it too and I'm also happy for the one that won "La Noia" (it means "The Boredom") by Angelina Mango but Sinceramente, that in order to optain a correct pronunciation by an english speaking person should be read like "sincheramente" literally translate to "sincerely" and as you said it didn't won the first place but it won the third one. The catchy part of the song that as often in this type of song slightly changes every time is said, goes like "Sinceramente quando quando quando quando piango, anche se a volte mi nascondo, non mi sogno di tagliarmi le vene" the translation is "Sincerely when when when when I cry, even if at times I hide, I don't dream about cutting my veins" Just a bit of context for you, and thank you for supporting this italian singer, she's one of the good ones.

Annalisa was my winner! She could have killed it at Eurovision. But now there is an inquiry from the Anti corruption Authority for the final winner of the competition. The vote from home didn't work well that night and many fans could not vote, me too! I voted for her.

Your reaction is priceless. Seeing someone outside Italy loving and respecting Annalisa so much is just... special. I live in Ireland but I was visiting home when Sanremo was on and I watched the whole thing... it's such a huge event for us, but sometimes artists don't get the reactions they fully deserve, cause they might bring something new, more progressive or simply with a more International vibe, and sometimes they end up being misunderstood or overlooked. Annalisa presented a GREAT song, with an incredible stage presence. She didn't win, but she's winning the charts and definitely got a new fan here - as I didn't know her that well before this year. Her album "E poi siamo finiti nel vortice" is a brilliant one, full of catchy beats and interesting lyrics.
So happy she is having so much popularity outside Italy!!!!!

Hello! Italian guy here, I wanted to tell you some insight about this song, I like it too and I'm also happy for the one that won "La Noia" (it means "The Boredom") by Angelina Mango but Sinceramente, that in order to optain a correct pronunciation by an english speaking person should be read like "sincheramente" literally translate to "sincerely" and as you said it didn't won the first place but it won the third one. The catchy part of the song that as often in this type of song slightly changes every time is said, goes like "Sinceramente quando quando quando quando piango, anche se a volte mi nascondo, non mi sogno di tagliarmi le vene" the translation is "Sincerely when when when when I cry, even if at times I hide, I don't dream about cutting my veins" Just a bit of context for you, and thank you for supporting this italian singer, she's one of the good ones.
