If this book has a chance to cover the topics presented in the videos it would be considered as a code breaker for the control engineering topic, or the key to unlock the mysteries of Control. I hope sincerely that you can complete it. a lot of the insights in this book are missing from Textbooks on the subject. Thank you Brian, you are a Hero.
Hi! i'm a Control System Student in Germany and just saying BIG THANK YOU for your Videos. I really owe you my A ;)! Keep Writing your Book i'll buy it for Sure!
It looks really good, Brian, thanks! Are you planning to make a video or write a chapter on deriving a difference/differential equations from these diagrams?
Never! I can make lots of content about control systems :) But, out of curiosity, what subjects did you have in mind? Also, thanks for the comment. Cheers!
I was thinking Power Electronics and especially Drives, you can correlate them with Microcontrollers and Microprocessors, and maybe make a practical series on making a motor drive system from the ground up detailing the Power Electronic Converters and their components devices as well as their PWM and the programming. Finally you could relate all this with the Control System design for it. Also is the option to include Machine Design and Principles. You'd never run out of content in such a multi subject series and it would help more people as well.
It's nice to see an update, your content is superb. I was wondering if this version will be available in the link for old konoz supporters or only in patreon, no problem if you decide the latter though, I think switching to patreon is worth it anyways.
Hi Anwar. Yes! I forgot to update the link for the old konoz supporters but it's there now. I've added that step to my checklist for posting so I don't forget in the future. Thanks for the reminder!
Thank you so much Brian!! I really enjoy your videos and they're always great! btw when I was learning control at college, my prof emphasized signal flow more than block diagrams but I've never seen people using Signal flow though. Do you know why you don't use it?
Hey Brian, Do you plan on doing a chapter on digital Control ? In any case, i'm looking forward to have a hard copy of your book in my shelf. have a good day
Hay, I have been learning about control systems for about a year and your videos were the best thing I could find on the subject. I recited some of the stuff I learned from your channel in my PhD interview, and I got the place! Thank you so much. th-cam.com/video/5TTxkE-lNCU/w-d-xo.html Here is a link to my final year project video I just uploaded showing admittance control on a 1dof bldc motor using NI LabView and NI SoftMotion. I think this may be the first time anyone has done compliant control using NI SoftMotion. Thanks again for all your help. After Avril Lavigne, your videos are the best! Cheers, Dom.
Another nice video. Good job. By the way, you can find a couple of examples (10 to be precise) that I have solved for my students in the following playlist: th-cam.com/play/PL9T-GrzZ9JKmIbmbvBNg9pqweV_WxP2Nf.html
Thanks a lot. I will upload new videos soon, since I am going to teach the course again. I try to focus on providing examples only, or teaching by solving examples in my channel.
This video is more about what he wrote, he explains thing just like most professors in class, show the power point and talk about solving it but NOT actually showing it in a step by step manner. 👎
I have never seen a more selfless teacher as you are Brian - The moment i start earning, i will make sure i contribute to your hardwork :-)

Can i send to you a beer? Maybe a icecream? You makes me understand all this sh!t, keep producing content, please!
dude you have saved my life, you and Roberge anyway
I check your channel for the first time in years a couple of hours ago, then I see you at the top of my subs. Nice coincidence :)
That is lucky! It was almost a year since my last post :(
Good to see you back. Please did not stop in post videos.
Dude!!!!!!! I'm so glad to see you back!!!!!!!!!
It looks really good, Brian, thanks! Are you planning to make a video or write a chapter on deriving a difference/differential equations from these diagrams?
Thank God you came back. Although it would be nice if you cover other subjects as well, you can only make so much content about control systems.
Never! I can make lots of content about control systems :) But, out of curiosity, what subjects did you have in mind? Also, thanks for the comment. Cheers!
This was just an example, you could try many other subjects and/or their combinations.

What about real world problems? For example using PLC to control.
Great book

Hey Brian, can you send me a free version of the book? If helpful I'll buy the complete version if god allowed. Thanks
Sure, send me an email at controlsystemlectures@gmail.com.
