I responded to the companies trying to bill my insurance companies and told them in so certain terms to stop billing me. I will never speak to my ex directly unless it's unavoidable. She is one of the most toxic, gaslighting and toxic people I have ever met, and she doesn't deserve my attention or energy. Great reading. Okay wow! I just came across your page ( new subbie) and chose number 2. Was asking bout my man's ex who can't seem to move on.( Loss of control) This definitely resonated. I may be homeless right now but, I will overcome my own struggles as well as his abuse.
