24:10 gladiators gimmick could be cantrip engage sides or you could give them a trait that gives all damage sides cantrip and really high engage sides that only work if engage's condition is met.

If you had stalwart AND witch, you could shield all to shield the summoned demon, then you could target it four times cause it gets four shield
This mod is still so cool tbh. Like the fact that these characters work and you can win is still crazy impressive to me.
For witch you could have also put decay on that weird side rather than stasis.
