The moment of reminiscing between Rodrigue and Matthias at the end got me thinking: if we ever get DLC for Three Hopes in the future, I think it’d be pretty cool if they made a series of “flashback” chapters for the parent characters during their own school years at Garreg Mach. The units could just reuse the same fighting styles that their children would eventually inherit.

It’d be a bit weird, considering Felix & Rodrigue specialize in different weapons.

Getting Rod, Bert and Matt in Fire Emblem Heroes will be the best way to Reunite them in my eyes.

The fact that we never got any kind of DLC at all for Three Hopes was a travesty. No new playable DLC characters, no new additional story (we could have had a fully formed adult Sothis), no nothing.

@@TheChildofAuraRebornNo added costumes (ie Three Houses post timeskip as an alt outfit), no additional playable characters (especially ones that were playable in Three Houses such as Gilbert, Alois, Cyril and Hanneman), no additional classes like War Monk/ Cleric, Dark Flier, Valkyrie and Hero, unanswered parts of the story like who the hell is Shez’s adoptive mother if the supports keep mentioning how mysterious she is? And how the hell Shez even got Arval’s abilities in the first place? I’m not expecting any DLC at this rate, and it’s a shame really

@@LFPman I wouldn't give up hope that one day we'll get to see this stuff realised. 3H is still one of the most beloved entries in the series. It seems they had plans at one stage for dlc (or just had alot of cut content ie playable TWSITD, data for the missing 3H characters, a flashback involving young Edelgard and Dimitri), maybe we'll get an extended release of the game that continues the story onwards for a couple more chapters for the Switch 2. Or I could see them doing a 3rd Fodland title at somepoint.

Wait, isn't the Sreng leaders story basically the same as that of Petra?

Pretty much taking political hostages were the norm back in Middle ages.
Although the kid from Sreng seemed to have been treated better then Petra was as thought the language and seemed to have been given some scholling on Faerghus culture.

I hate Matthias, his discrimination is why Miklan is who he is.

You do find out more about him in this such as he become colder after the death of his frist wife (Milkan mother) whole she was pregnant with there second child.
It's even hinted at losing his wife to a Sreng raid is what convinced him he needed a heir with a crest.
Miklan himself says he was the one who cut Tues with his family we also know he was given a frist class education and from Ingrid brothers we know crestless children still have penalty of options.
So Miklan is dose carry some of the blame himself he made his own choices
