Bad draw alan and dave ,always in shallows this 6ime of year.Used to be the same before they stocked it with carp ,early pegs were solid with big skimmers,hybridsand big roach.Fished a match in 87 and saw 2 roach weighed in 2lb 3 oz and 2lb 7oz both caught in Earl pegs.Good luck at hallcroft mate ,best get your best drawbag arm ready cos you'll deffo need it there!!! 😀 lol.
