I think his heart is in the right place and he really does want to be in love but that doesn't mean he's anywhere close to actually feeling it. He's so predictable and falls for the prettiest face every time. He's also extremely young and I'd be absolutely stunned if these two end up lasting.

But the main reason I can't see it working isn't because neither are serious people, but more so that I just think they're in different stages of their lives. Molly will likely want to be married and have kids within the next 2-3 years. Will Tom want that, given that he's only 24?
