- The rucksack is comeing on great gun's. But for the waist belt. I sent kombat uk an email asking them for a replacement one some time ago, an they haven't replied. It's a shame I was expecting better..

Sad when they won’t respond matey I had similar issue with my paddle board and that was brand new, some companies have no idea how poor they look when they don’t respond!!!

That's too bad about not getting feedback. That can be frustrating. I've seen that pretty typical with outdoor gear companies though. I talked to.some.people from diamond brand company and they couldn't even tell me for sure the tent that they made and sold was 3 or 4 season. It's the one you like that I have. I understand mate. Hopefully you can find a belt soon

Des mate, it is off ebay, it needed work done to it. All I was asking when I sent the email, 1,do you do a replacement for a rucksack. 2, it's not a new one, it's off ebay. 3,if you can tell me how much it is going to be. Told them the type size an make. But no further feedback mate. I think if you get in touch with them. They would be something back
I’d give them a call direct in case the email got caught in a spam folder or something. Make a good video to see how their customer service is or not.

That looks more like the 28 litre pack to me. As you bought this from E Bay, I would be inclined to think it was wrongly described. Everything about it looks wrong. The size, the molle webbing, and the colour. I have their 40 litre pack and it is far bigger than that. That may explain why Kombat UK are not interested.
