They're not that good. I've played against them and they kicked me after losing to people with similar level with them. If I remember correctly, they'll ban anyone whos above lvl 80
That happens due to blackhole physics. A lot of the time a weapon will even fly off the screen or disappear mid mad to then reappear randomly on the map to hit someone or miss.

You need more competition
The only competition that they can have is if the enemy team has an aimbot ruler like in ssundee vids byt thats not gonna happen
