Sure ok, but we have zero evidence mimic knew about the MCI . And he can't be malhare (glitchtrap) as again he wouldn't be able to mimic afton without influence or presence from the guy himself. And people use the 'UhM aCtUaLlY AfToN iS DeAd aNd TrApPeD iN UCN 🤓' then how would malhare exist? They would have scanned the circuit board of the springbonnie suit, and if afton is truly gone and there is nothing left of him, then HOW would we have malhare? And VR springtrap by technicality. And people seem to forget about the 'I always come back. Let me out' line from the PQ minigame in the HW mobile port. How would mimic know afton said this? Implying afton IS still around in one way shape or form and he is both malhare and burntrap, OR burntrap is aftons body, suit and endo that is using malhare which is both. Explanation: in the PQ minigame we have to collect a vanny mask and a malhare plush. And we learn in ruin that the vanny mask (or V.A.N.N.I mask) has a familiar face. Helpi (now spelled with an 'i' for some reason). But why is this important? Note how helpi encourages cassie to disable the nodes as well as the fact his eyes change to yellow sometimes. Which is the SAME colour as the mimics eyes in ruin. Meaning that helpi is easily corrupted or that he is a form of mimic1. Then we move on to the malhare plush. Now knowing we (possibly) have mimic1 in the form of helpi, this could debunk mimictrap for malhare as we don't need it, yet we collect it anyway. Why is that? Could it be an unplanned retcon? Or something more? Like maybe, the plush was meant to represent William, and the MASK was to represent the mimic. And you need the both of them to end PQ 3 and get the 'Vanny redeemed' ending (the canon one) as it means the mimic and afton are now one. Like some left over bit of aftons agony or remnant could be left on the circuit board and took over the mimic1 AI and THAT is what created malhare. Explanation: There are many scrapped Mimics and I think Burntrap is meant to be The Mimic but Burntrap is just The Mimic + Afton’s body(NOT KELLY’S CUZ HER SKULL BE WAY TO BIG IF IT’S TRUE) Burntrap aint even his cannon name it is The Mimic he simply is The Mimic and is taken by the Blob no matter what meaning he roams the pizzaplex but The OG Mimic is still down their I think they are the same indirectly with Burntrap having parts of The Mimic and being both and the same program! Conclusion: Burntrap is still The Mimic in a very complicated way.
It kind of does answer your question. William afton dying sets up a good starting point for the next big bad to come into the light. If you’ve seen the mimics origins and his epilogues in the tales from the pizza plex books you might have noticed that he’s been here in the franchise as long as we knew any of the aftons. The mimic has always been there! All the way From the fnaf 1 endo skeletons to the whole of the pizza plex, every animatronic there has the mimic program, the pizza plex Itself is controlled by the mimic program and the mimic seen in the end of security breach ruin is an awesome sneak peak to what we could be seeing more of, and in my opinion The mimic character itself is just so interesting. If you want to, you could go a bit more Into detail with its character. Now all of this is ofcourse my opinion and I do respect others opinions including yours
