I changed my whole schedule, I started eating well and taking care of my sleep, I quit playing video games started training every single day, and set my priorities. I genuinely do not care how much I will suffer, sweat, bleed, cry, as long as I maintain my mental strength I WILL succeed, and I encourage every person that is SERIOUS about football to do the same, quit making excuses and remember, The bow must be drawn to its furthest point, where the string is stretched to its limit, to launch the arrow forward as far as possible and achieve dreams high up and far away.

I try my best i do ball mastery drills one day and the next day i do plyometrics and core workout and 1 day rest i can say i have improved alot in the past two weeks
I feel like I’m better at training by myself but after a alright team training today I now I was not trying everything I could to succeed and I need to work on that and fight, fight, fight until I cannot breathe or walk anymore.
