Purge, I don’t know how to tell you this buddy, but you have been my sleep aid for the past decade. Please don’t take offence to this I just think you have a very chill voice and the gameplay is enough to be entertaining but not so gripping that I can’t drift off to sleep. I can’t even remember how I found you way back then. I didn’t even play dota for like the first 8 years.. just started this year. Game is pretty cool.
I was begging you to buy satanic so much earlier. Way before silver edge. While maybe not game appropriate, I'd have loved to see you fit in a deadelus. That item wrecks on sniper.
I don't really understand why 35minutes in you still have no BKB. You also see that almost exactly 70% of your damage taken was magical, right? You aren't playing far back enough to be safe from Axe, so your options are either negate magic damage or continue to die... Bkb isn't boring if you die without it. Being dead is far more boring than bkb.
Purge knows a lot about Dota plus too it seems. I wonder if he, or anyone else, can tell me what the point of the relics are. I haven't exactly done any math, but at a glance I'd say that they give so little return that I'm not sure how relevant or economical they are for a new player. My initial idea was that if you buy relics in the beginning, they'll earn you more exp in the long run and thus shards, but I'm not sure that's even true. And what happens when you get level 30? They're null and void at that point anyway?
@@mincepie-uw5hl So,.. I haven't really noticed anything other than what the relics say. So you get them to be able to see how many seconds you've used an ability or whatever?
I don't think they'll ever earn you the shards back, but if you want to level a favorite hero then you'll get more XP if you have them. Also there's not much else to do for shards!
@@ArvidBoivie Thanks. I think I'll just save my shards then, in case I want to buy some pretty cosmetic I guess. I like that Dota avoids P2W, but I think they could have made Dota+ more rewarding in other ways. For example, most of the cosmetics that I've wanted are inaccessible regardless.
@@QualeQualeson yeah maybe. I like that there's a cheap way to "pay" for free2play, and it unlocks fun stuff like levels above 5, and the battle report!
You should try the sniper support build, with the early agh, phylactery, octarine and refresher build. It's fun as hell. You can also use dagon and ethereal blade to OS combo people.
Good game purge! Good early game with them nasty denies, but i agree poor vision and the Axe lost focus after the mid game as he began to fall off. Good comeback and excellent positioning with the later team fights. The shard was a little early its a good situational item but i feel the hurricane pike is a better defensive option especially with their line up.

If you get paid by valve to go to TI every year, you get free crimson witness drops which are worth ~$200 steam each. That fuels my purchases for the year pretty consistently!
Needed MoM, pike, bkb, shard. Dont know why rush yasha and crystallis so early. And yes, fights felt forced for some reason even if you guys had 3 carry lineup. Would have been much better to just def with vision
