Loves Bong General’s Khmer Cooking recipes. Lime Leave is not what you used. It is Kaffir Lime Leave & Kaffir Lime rinds is used to pound with Krung. Sun Root is called Kalanga root. The Asian Pumpkin is actually called Kabacha. Not sure about the spelling. The Bean is called Long Bean. You may be confused in using young Tomato Leaves. The original recipe used fresh Bitter Melon Leaves & sliced Bitter melon fruit. Very tasty try it. They are best natural medicine for preventions of diseases & to treat a disease. Sluck Bass goes well with this recipe. Do not use Sugar or any Onion. The Green Papaya you should peel completely off the skin.

Each ingredients & vegetables was specifically picked for best fusing to create the unique taste & smells. No one on TH-cam are cooking it right like the original recipe. If you make changes, it must be right. The roasted Rice should be pounded to a powder.
