#ayam ingkung
1 ekor ayam berat 1500 gr (3,5 lbs of chicken)
bumbu marinasi: (marinate in)
1 sdt garam (1 tsp of salt)
1 bh jeruk nipis (a lime)
3 siung bawang putih (3 cloves of garlic)
1 siung bawang merah (a bulb of shallot)
1 bt sereh (a stalk of lemongrass)
3 lbr daun salam (3 Indonesian bayleaves)
3 lbr daun jeruk (3 keffir lime leaves)
1 ruas jari jahe (a dice of ginger)
bumbu ungkep: (braising ingredients)
500 CC air kelapa (2 cups of coconut water)
1 sdt garam (1 tsp of salt)
1 sdt kaldu bubuk (1 tsp of stock powder)
5 ibu jari gula (3 oz of sugar)
3 SDM kecap manis (3 tbsp of sweet soy sauce)
1 sdt lada bubuk (1 tsp of ground pepper)
1 sdt tumbar bubuk (1 tsp of ground coriander)
5 siung bawang putih (5 cloves of garlic)
5 siung bawang merah (5 bulbs of shallot)
1 ibu jari jahe (1/2 oz of ginger)
1 ibu jari lengkuas (1/2 oz of galangal)
5 lbr daun salam (5 Indonesian bayleaves)
5 lbr daun jeruk (5 keffir lime leaves)
