I’m making rice with sliced black olives, red onion, green onion, jalapeño, red pepper, 3 garlic cloves diced, 1 can of roasted diced tomatoes, olive oil, garlic salt, black pepper, and Cattleman’s Chili Lime Seasoning in a cast iron pan. When it’s ready I’m going to spread it in a glass baking dish and cover it with cheese and then bake it until the cheese gets browned.
