Sam did not get arrested with Cat in the final episode of Sam and Cat. After Cat got arrested and sent to jail in Arizona for 2 weeks, Sam hangs up from the phone call and lied to Cat's grandmother so Nona can stay being Sam's roommate for 2 more weeks while Cat is serving a 2 week prison sentence.
The fact that Cat Valentine cot charged with a felony and a 2 week conviction in Arizona is not the perfect ending for Sam and Cat. It is going to affect Sam and Cat's babysitting service if both of them are criminals.
