Affordable gaming ended for console users a long time ago. I mean when I got out of it it wasn't just the games it was the cost of peripherals like controllers. The industry is surely not here to stay if they are just going to make stuff for a few hundred rich kids in Cali.
I got GTAV for free. I just never bought it and one day it was free. I doubt that GTA6 will be better than GTA4, and it doesn't even matter because modders are using singularity ai to remake all GTA games. By the time GTA6 comes out we will have GTA San Andreas NextGen Mod and nobody will care about rockstar's ineptitude. Maybe this will put pressure on them to start making good games again.
Here’s the thing, GTA 6 is worth more than $100, but laying $100 for a game from companies like Ubisoft for EA is absolutely ridiculous. You pay the same from a brilliant company like rockstar which takes 10+ years and a company like EA that takes less than 12 months.
