Roby Sipasulta In the Systema there is no level we exchange a lot on our feelings. some Systema have set up ranks to become an instructor but in the system nothing Ryabco Vassiliev there is no grade you pass a little quick exam which allows you to become an instructor a training after several years of instructor in training you can ask to pass instructor full. in Systema it is not the head that learns but the body or should I say to the unconscious.

Hello, I have yet to find a video with a guy who is really good at systema and not much other training like mma or boxing fight against a real opponent. A spar counts too but like in boxing where you're actually trying to injure or win against the opposition. So many systema enthusiasts claim that a systema pro would reign supreme against an mma pro or ufc champion. I see you must be one of the most experienced so if anyone knows if there is such a video it must be you, please provide a youtube link much appreciation in advance!
