WATFIN Easy Turn 7 WIN! The best tempo buddy! - Hearthstone Battlegrounds

In this video, I dive into Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 7 and showcase the exciting changes from the new Patch 29.6.2! One of the most significant updates in this patch is the buff to Watfin, the buddy of Murloc Holmes, which has been moved from tier 3 to tier 2, making it incredibly powerful in the early game.
Patch 29.6.2: Watfin Buff Overview
The recent buff to Watfin has made it the best economy tempo buddy in the game right now. Watfin's effect, "After you guess correctly with 'Detective for Hire', get a plain copy of the minion," means that every correct guess with Murloc Holmes' heropower not only gives you the minion but also 1 gold. When Watfin is golden, you receive two minions and 1 gold, making it a game-changing asset. This buff allows you to "steal" your opponents' buddies, providing a significant advantage, as you'll see in my gameplay where I secured a victory on turn 7 thanks to Watfin!

What’s a Buddy?
Buddies are powerful minions unique to each Hero and do not appear in the general minion pool. Each hero has a Buddy Button to obtain their Buddy. The initial cost of the Buddy Button depends on the Tavern Tier of your Buddy and decreases with each combat win or tie. The button can be pressed twice per game, providing one copy of the Buddy the first time and two copies the second time.
New Season, New Updates
Patch 29.6.2 brings new buddies and updates to existing ones, along with changes to the minion pool. This patch is shaping up to be a lot of fun, and I can't wait to explore all the new strategies it offers!
