I used to be incredibly skeptical with the linebounce nerf, especially since they nerfed the only consistent hit all targets move while adding multiple enemies to the greed, solitude, and fear pit fights, but the more I thought about it, I love how it indirectly fixes an issue that the first 2 paper Mario games and block tales suffered from, that being “why use statuses when you can kill everything” but now linebounce feels like more of a cleanup move instead of a one button solution to every fight. Personally I feel like they could’ve made it round up instead of down and it’d still be fine but I’d rather see sword and slingshot get multiple target attacks first, sword is still a little too bare bones as of right now and I wish it got more love
I agree with you on everything About the sword, the only good thing about it is that Knight Build stuff (besides being a good weapon against spikes enemies before cannonball)
sword shouldn’t get more cards, aside from maybe a multi-hit card. because you can already do 7-9 damage for just 3 sp, (5-7 normally) which is pretty busted. also considering it pierces 1 defense by default, meaning you can deal this damage to almost all enemies in the game.
I do feel like an multi - shot SP card for rocket launcher would be busted for single target, being not for AOE (only hits enemy in the back and not front)
the prayer cheese nerf was not needed, any enemies below 20 hp are a cake walk? Why 10 hp You basically are doing the prayer cheese but without the prayer card.
Ok most people probably won't agree but... Make it so that Call Gorila card STACK up to 5, the SP cost doesn't go up (or go up a little bit like 1 sp) and you can call the gorila as many times of how much the call gorlila card you have equipped. (And maybe.. Just maybe buff him making him deals dizzy for 2 or 1 turns)

I also feel like rocket needs a high damage attack as other than its somewhat versatile regular attack it really adds nothing to the table
