I met Professor personally in Kamirithu when I was a little girl when my cousin took me to watch the play Ngahika ndenda. Professor we love you..we miss you, I know you miss your brother Ngugi wa Mirii who is my cousin. Stay strong brother ❤

I read The River Between, and let me tell you, that is a masterpiece considering now it was his first! The vivid description in the book is just awesome. Reading it makes you feel like you are living in those days. You visualise the setting so vividly.
