Honestly I’m so confused because if there 8th grade shouldn’t they be doing pass set hit? Because you need to be really talented and work on pass set hit a lot if you want to get into Highschool volleyball

Yeah, I’m 13m doing coed. My hitting it decent, especially for my age, but my setter can’t aim. That makes it hard to do pass set hit. And they also don’t go for every second ball, I honestly don’t know why thye don’t. I don’t get sets. I’m really the only other one with a specialization since I just got in the league. I’m a middle because of my height and I’m good at blocking. Another thing is that the opposing teams hits are not spikes, so I can’t block them.
Yes. I'm in 9th grade now, but in 8th grade that's what we did. You pass to the setter, the setter sets the ball to someone, and that person hits it down on the opponents court. The volleyball season for us just started as well, and rn that's what we are doing again, just trying to get back into playing with our team.
They were so good and I have my game in two more weeks wish me luck go Triton

When the teams are over-hand serving, they need to watch the toss. A lot of the time the server would throw the ball too far ahead like at 4:40, they really need to make sure they don't need to lunge for it. Also, they shouldn't be hitting it with their fists. It can cause injuries and it's overall not a good idea in a game.
I am on 8th grade this year and can’t wait to play volleyball as a freshman hopefully I have been playing since 4ty grade and I have to be good enough to make the team as a freshman but I’m confident I will because my team is in first place in our diocese against other catholic schools and we are the b team

In Indiana, USA, our school volleyball game schedule goes from mid-August through the end of October. There’s league and club ball throughout the year.
FR! my school this year had vball tryouts august 15-16-17 and we started school on august 16. We had team practice august 18 to october 8
In kansas, practices start a week before school starts (mid august) and ends late October
out volleyball season already over
