Green Chicken Recipe in Tamil | Hariyali Chicken Recipe in Tamil

In this video we will see how to make green chicken recipe in tamil. This hariyali chicken recipe is a wonderful chicken recipe which goes well with chapathi/ naan and it also works as a good sidedish for fried rice. This chicken recipe can be made without using tomatoes. Mint leaves, coriander leaves and curd are used to make the green sauce base in this recipe.

Ingredients:
4 tbsp Oil
2 Bay leaves
2 Cinnamon
2 Cloves
2 cardamom
1 small piece mace
2 Onion
500g Chicken
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
2 green Chillies
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Kasoori methi
required Salt
required Water
For Green Paste:
handful Mint leaves
handful Coriander leaves
7 Cashews
4 tbsp Curd
3-4 Green Chillies
required Water
