First video of yours I have watched and as I was I wasn't holding out much hope as it went on. How wrong was I?? Mega work and I will be watching more for sure. Thanks for sharing.
Hello there, I'm watching your videos as I often do and I was asking myself, do you use 4050 to mix in to the createx candy colors or do you just use it out of the bottle? Also , which sealer do you use on the flames to protect them? Thanks in advance and looking forward to more flame tutorials and other rc body paint vids from you...Elvis...
Glad you mentioned the heat gun..... I wanted to ask if you have a setting or standard temperature on it. I wonder if a soldering gun with temp control would work, since I already have one. I'm going to try it out and see.
Have you had any issues, using Wicked or any other Creatix water based airbrush paints? Lifting, or peeling? My local hobby shop guy, told me that I had to use their spray cans of paint for lexan. I already have about 20 to 30 Wicked colors. Candies, pearls, opaques, and transparents, metallics, and sparklescents. But I have never painted an R/C body. Nice work. 🤙
all water based paints will peal or crack if hit hard enough. they are not heated to the body like a factory paint job. You would need to duct tape, or shogoo the work to protect it. If you clean the body well, scuff it a little before you paint it. You will get better adhesion.
How do you measure when you reduce, like one to one does that mean when you fill your cup you just add a drop of reducer? I use Proline paints which is supposed to be ready to spray but I still have to reduce some and I just add reducer until the paint is thin as skim milk. I just never understood the ratio process. What's one to one mean?
Well I like the work I could see so I think I would let you do you on it I have the green v2 so obviously I would want it to match shocks but that's bout it feel like artist do best when free to do their on thing
price is determined by your choice of design. you can see more of my work on X-Maxx bodies on my facebook page : facebook.com/pg/skjrc/photos/?ref=page_internal
It’s a shame, you do amazing work but you didn’t put it on a RC Body. If you are going to label it American flag on a RC Body please put it on a body so we can see how it’s done on a body not a flat piece of plastic that has no grooves or indents to work with.
I came across your channel and I love your tutorials, You speak very clearly on what your doing also.

I watched your videos and liked and subscribed to your channel. Keep up the awesome work.
Why do the red and white colors switch where the flag bends from waving? So weird.
I'm glad I found your channel...great work

1 to 1 means for every drop of paint you match it with reducer.
