As always, your approach and critical thinking is on point imo. I think on the banner part u spoke out of my mind. I do feel this is the biggest mistake they re doing and it's so 180 degrees from the original material. I hope they ll take into account the time management that the game suffers already, with any new addition and I hope, the new content will be feasible with older dark units before power creep saves the day.
Give us abilities to use shards of shadows to pull for shadows to increase the shadows rank to rank general and give us abilities to equip demons long sword to igris and orb of averios to shadows as well
One of the girls should be on custom cause they seriously can’t expect us to pull on both banners unless they increase gems or banner duration and considering we getting dark stage i hope they buff Bora as compensation for this tag team girls gimmick plus her dupes are kinda lackluster especially A2 which only buff crit damage (also rate) by 6 for herself

Hear me out. The twins could have been a goth with a big rack and do her magic and the other is a brother instead and emo with a scythe instead of the hammer. Instead we have 2 kids that decide to become hunters in like 10th grade just to scar themselves for the rest of their lives
They should not add pvp with random players but atleast we can do friendly pvp with our friends that would be a cool feature kind of training with friends 😁😁
The only pvp system ive played that was implemented well was My Hero Academia: The Strongest Hero. In that game you only needed 1 copy of a hero to unlock their max pvp potential so it was not p2w, and the rewards were left pretty minimal so it did not feel like a chore to have to grind.

if they make the ocs op, but buff the dark roster (lim, smb, bora) it would be a decent compromise (maybe free copies and weapons like cha summer event) + a dark hunters exclusive banner, let’s see which hunters will be more popular 💀
If Baran is only dark typed then I'll just use my custom draws on the dark ssr units we already have. I wouldn't be surprised if the synergy of the two new units are locked behind dupes.
I am reliably the top battlefield of time player on my server. And even with me consistently being first place the rewards feel slightly underwhelming for the amount of time investment and resources that go into winning that event. So I am glad they are making some changes

So I am coming from a Summoner's War perspective. I would rather a unit be good at only one thing than get left behind in the power creep. It would lead to people actually knowing how the hunter and game works, IMO. The blanket buff it till it works approach will make some content too easy. I think nerfing a character is not the end of the world, especially, if you want to keep the game fun for new players or people who have built a deep bench of hunters. Especially if this game ever moves to include PVP. "Brand new champ XYZ is all you need to do everything" will burn out established players as they chase the next big thing or make it confusing to find how to build real teams for each dungeon. I believe that new content that needs an older hunter would keep people summoning as well because they would see the benefit of having that OG hunter maxed out.

You know what happens when you start adding OC's to the game? You add too many and become 7DS where the players get more OCs than story characters and people start legit hating the devs for it. Also, Jinwoo was S rank WAY before Jeju Island. So him not being broken 'until' they release it doesn't make any sense.
Is anyone experiencing getting kicked out of the game when trying to play the recent hidden chapter story? Everytime I beat the spider leader I get kicked out don’t know why!!!
I agree on most things said, however one thing that personally I wouldn't quite at this stage so saying not to argue but to just offer another perspective. You mention if they are needing to add content they need to amalgamate other content because there is hours of farming per day. My question would be where are these hours spent, as I can play every single game mode every single day using all entries in under an hour. The only exception to this being update days, or perhaps if I did WOBL, guild raid and and battliefield also at the same time as my dailies. If anything one thing I want from the game is more to do and more to farm. Now, not pointless farming of course. There needs to be value to it. But, just personally, I want more reason to play for longer currently rather than less.
I agree. That's what I mean about old content being amalgamated is that I don't want to be farming pointless things just to check off a daily. Make my time worthwhile

I don't agree with you with regards to PvP as long as it is done right, when I was playing 7DS it was an excellent way for a person to get free rewards every week, you would get a really good team during one meta, get to the top tier (even free to play could do it relatively easy if they played the game in a semi optimal way) and then as long as you logged in and went to the PvP area every week you would get 50 diamonds for free with zero effort (think it was 30 diamonds to multi summon) Edit: to add to this, they had a non-geared PvP mode and a geared PvP mode, the geared one gave just gold and the non geared gave the diamonds, admittedly though, dupes didn't matter anywhere near as much as in Solo Leveling (just increased ultimate damage) until they introduced super awakening from what I remember

This game is popular because of the story thats already been created. Not something they've come up with. Finish the original content and hunters before you try and come up with your own stuff. People are too hung up on the wrong thing. I personally don’t care whether they’re lolis or furries or whatever cause it’s just a game and I have no certain feelings towards it but feeling entertained. The problem is needing both for them to work. It’s one thing to have a certain unit elevate another like Meilin to Alicia but to have a unit useless without the other is insane. Not to mention it’s a double banner so people won’t even have time to save up. You also will most likely need A1 up to A3 for both… Baran has to be clearable with the current dark roster cause this is just insane man. Ive never boycotted a character before, let alone 2, but im really considering it. The loli designs itself were repulsive but oh god those animations. If someone who never played this game saw that gameplay and I tell them it's from a game based on Solo Leveling, they'll faint on the spot.
I think it will be like Bleach Brave Souls its PVP but Its an AI versions of the other players team. Its skill based and it depends your character level and your wins. I'm pretty sure they won't put high level players against low level players. People crying for no reason.

This update is rly not a good look for most of the playerbase, yes we get some more essence stones but at the same time we need to pull new dark chars if we wanna tackle new content and then also more whale only content w more rewards
I would love Pvp in this game but given netmarbles track record with other games like 7ds, it won't be balanced. They'll try to make sure its balanced but like the pvp in 7ds, only whales are doing pvp meanwhile f2p just grind the game and have fun

The old encore and instance bosses aren't removed, they're being rotated so that way you're not just doing the same bosses again and again.

I think it will be like Bleach Brave Souls its PVP but Its an AI versions of the other players team. Its skill based and it depends your character level and your wins. I'm pretty sure they won't put high level players against low level players. People crying for no reason.

This update is rly not a good look for most of the playerbase, yes we get some more essence stones but at the same time we need to pull new dark chars if we wanna tackle new content and then also more whale only content w more rewards
I would love Pvp in this game but given netmarbles track record with other games like 7ds, it won't be balanced. They'll try to make sure its balanced but like the pvp in 7ds, only whales are doing pvp meanwhile f2p just grind the game and have fun
