The meets and travel, and the training time in the gym everyday on top of full time college classes is hard, so the fact they do it all is incredible!!! Go UGA!!! Yes, but… World, Olympic, and Commonwealth champions also don”y actually spend all day training either you know. They have lives, jobs, children, uni… The thing is that some of these mistakes were done of relatively easy moves, and even though even World-class competitions can have accidents, these girls don’t seem to have trained much with how to deal with them, it’s like they often just succumbed and didn’t even try to correct. Except when that one girl aborted her vault instead of carrying on knowing she’d stuffed up, she got another chance at that as she hadn’t touched the apparatus yet, that was a good decision.
Not true girls with pony tails to and the reason it's always ones with buns on because a pony tail or a braid waves every where and gets in the way and your not aloud to have your hair down it's a rule so a bun is easiest ...
In the Olympic scoring system (i dont know much about how this one works) you start with a score and points are taken off for everything they did wrong
EmSim Plays the gymbacks were above lsu when they beat denver and iowa 2 weeks ago but then lsu had a win and are back above them so we will have to see what regionals brings.
The skills that they do are "easier" than elite because they are college students, their priority is getting an education. NCAA has a rule that no student can train for more than 20 hours per week. Almost everyone trains for far less than that with their busy schedules in highly academic and competitive colleges.
I'm sorry but you have to laugh at the girl missing her squat on at 0:43 after all these difficult skills! It's like watching them fall on a full turn on beam... like we've done this skill for over a decade and we still mess it up? Everyone messes up sometimes but you just have to laugh when it's on your easiest skill.

The only skill that is the same for both is a double pike and double layout. I don’t think that you would compete a full or a 1 1/2 on vault

It’s collegiate sports, the reactions are always exaggerated, I mean you should hear them when they do good
bird thats collegiate gymnastics. The environment is totally different from normal optional or elite meets.
