Wow! I can't believe I left for 5 minutes and missed the first try attempt live! If only kirbs did a makeup tutorial live, I certainly wouldn't miss that!
@@order60000000000 Real answer: That was his first try. Joke answer: He was streaming for about 2 or 3 hours at that point, had a few attempts before the stream though. You should totally check out his stream though, lots of fun and pretty chill most of the time. He said he'd be doing a face reveal at his next stream (here's hoping for makeup tutorials!)
Frustration and death made him stronger. The movements basically become muscle memory, and he filters out all the unimportant things to focus. It's like the cocktail party effect in motion.
To be honest, I understand the levels as Kirby explained them, and the inputs made to progress Mario through the stage, but I would be incapable of playing the level, both on analysis and skill levels
Kirbs I really enjoy your content, I have a suggestion. I know you upload these short style videos to keep viewer retention so you explain sections as fast as you can while making it comprehensive and fun. However I feel like it would be better if you go into a little more detail, not so much so viewers don’t leave, but a little more. I feel like a good starts would be talking about your experience at a certain jump, like you died here more often than other sections, or why this certain section was very hard, or something as simple as this was your favorite section of the level. I love your videos and keep doing what you’re doing!! Thank you!

"So in this level there was ground. Cars are usually driving on the ground. I have recently visited a pet store with my car, and that pet store had a wall. So I put a wall on my wall."
I've wondered for a while, what's your approach for tackling levels like these? How far do you tend to get on your first attempt? Could it be comparable to a game like Geometry Dash where you practice aspects of the level to progress further in? Or are you literally just cracked and get it within 50 attempts?
I really like the creative ron-or-die parts of the 2nd level. Anxiety in a different way than the traditional auto-scroller, and it adds a variety of speed.
With SMM1 dead, it makes me sad hearing LilKirbs declare a midair spring jump the hardest part of the level. I miss when those were so much more convenient to do... Amazing clears as usual, man. I keep hoping against hope I'll see one of these levels and think "I could've done that", but I'm still drawing a blank ^^' That second level *MAYBE* if I really set aside LOTS of time for it.
I am always speachless.. but this time it blows complete my mind. Cant follow everything and see all of what you did.. this is the boss level so far! Greetz from germany ✌🏻
I kind of hate that despite not playing Mario Maker at all, I've gotten to where I can see the order within the chaos of these levels at times and understand why some things are implemented how they are. I may have watched too many of these videos, and yet I can't help but continue.
Which is more impressive? The fact that you complete these levels, the fact that you don't care about watch time, or the fact that you can explain everything without barely pausing????????
Am I the only one who was as impressed with the people who actually MADE the levels. I mean clearing it is one thing but it also takes a lot of knowledge and being able to play the game well yourself to make a level like this
Of course the monkey wasn’t hurt. You surely just put it back on the ground after spinning it(you better not have thrown it). And it des-troying the wall was a green screen, but you could’ve just put a picture of a monkey on the wall.

How long was he at the first level? I am curious

@@DerVasten he defo spent more time on this level than that -- like an hour was spent just rebuilding the level.
Dude how do you even comprehend what’s happening? Amazing as usual!!

one of my favorite pastimes is watching a lilkirbs video and pretending to understand everything he’s doing. great job lilkirbs!👍
"ah, yes this is definitely how I'd do it, mhm"

That second level is so cool. Amazing level design.

Have you considered helping in clearing all uncleared SMM1 levels?
So nice of Kirbs to start a zoo on his wall. Soon we will have the entire animal kingdom up on there
Note to self: Monkeys are made out of explosiv materials.
math teacher explaing what's going to be on a test...
You put an Ape on your wall not a monkey. I will NEVER recover from this betrayal.
I am convinced that many Mario Maker designers are actually highly sadistic people.
And honestly, if they're outlet is through Mario maker, good.

That crouch under the piranha plant is evil

We’re gonna need a time lapse of all the stuff you’ve put on your wall, still impressive stuff

Just watching made me so anxious 😬 incredible stuff! And props to the people being creative making these insane courses.
2:11 That jump was about the height of a taco truck!
Given enough time, practice, patience, and dedication, I still could never do this.
Crazy clears, ggs!
Bro, what ist this Skill Dude?! 🤯
Wow. Good Job. can't believe you did it. This is epic
Awesome video! It would be cool to see the full speed playthrough of each level after the explanation

wow lilkirbs is so good at tetris
Beat 0% levels in mm1 NOW
You have a great personality btw
Can you add something that shows your inputs?
I don't know how accurately it would show his steering wheel, though.

The second one was incredible.
Lilkirbs: talking about the level he’s beating. Chat: talking about coughs.

must say having a sideways thromp speed up a spikeball is actually genius
Who are these people that actually build these levels...
Awesome as always.
I just watch these completely slack-jawed, having thought being able to beat the "Tubular" level in the Star Road of Super Mario World was a brag.
Time to put a cow on your wall
Always so impressive, still crazy you do these first try too
you should start doing handcam
This is insane

What the heck is wrong with Mario level makers!? Who hurt them!? Why do they do this!?
