I have this exact same setup with my glove80. I love when someone comes into my office and they see my captains chair and it just blows their minds. The manfrotto magic arm 244 is so superior for this application to the chair. incredibly heavy duty.
Alternately, mounting the clamps to the vertical peice on the armrest also gives you the option of utilizing lean back as most modern armrest pivot with the back support when leaning back.
I love it! Now I just need to figure out how to work a trackball into it! With the more modability of the charachorder, it seems like it will be possible.
very interesting. very excited for the desk setup tour. you're definitely one of the more creative and thoughtful people when it comes to these things ^^, would be interesting to see what thoughts went into what choices.
I'm wondering if it would be possible to integrate characorder to a more ergonomic / hybrid style meaning changing from seating to treadmill/standing and viceversa every so often as tight as you integrate it in this sitting position, It would have to adapt to the user's position, maybe an accesory attachment to the body? What do you think? This would also make it easier for more dynamic use cases that need the user to be standing / walking.
The disk is so you can tighten it upward to mash against the thing you are tightening down. its a safety and longevity thing, very common in Audio hardware to prevent damage.
How long does it typically take to get a hang of the device? Interesting way to use. I'm keen for one of these but need standard keyboard on desk aswell.
I love my chairachorder but need a solution for the mouse. The mouse on the CC2 is ok but I find myself defaulting back to my mouse because it's just slower to use the CC2.

Thanks for the tip, pricey but looks nice will have to check it out
Eventually, CC3 will have built-in wireless feature? 🤯
Really want this

Absolutely yes! Whatever adjustability your armrests have you can also use with the ChairaChorder arms if they are attached

Will it work for M4G?
Yes, we are working on a bottom facing Bolt-On for the Master Forge with the same mounting hardware :)

Can you play fps game with purely charachorder 2 without a mouse?
@@elixirtonic it's possible but not recommended. Best to use mouse with one hand CharaChorder with the other
there's lots of opportunity for content there for sure, it's on the list!

We had a great discussion on the Discord recently regarding treadmill setups. It is definitely possible. Will have to make a video on this soon!

How do you power it? Do you need to swap batteries?
