    The pizza distribution example number 2 (where there are six fractions) even though conveys the speakers point, is Mathematically wrong. All the six fractions must add up to 1, a fundamental rule in fractions.

    Salam ou alikom. I'm trying to understand this In Sha Allah, so how can you divide something when the number of pieces exceed the total number of pieces available?
    So for example in the pizza example given in the video you have: 3/24, 4/24, 6/24, 8/24, 12/24, 16/24. That's a total of 59/24... How can you distribute more pieces that there are?

  • @urdureads8806

    I have concern at @7:35 when we add up all percentages it don't give us 100%. Which sound to be as a system that is not conserve. Similarly of we add up all the pieces of pizza together they don't make up 24 pieces. Which means we are creating pizzas in the process . Which we can not do. How come we can distribute different pieces of pizzas among poriple if they don't add up to total number of pieces?

    • @urdureads8806
      @urdureads8806 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      How can we distribute 49 pieces (sum of 6+12+3+8+4+16) when we have total of 24 pieces??

      From my own understanding, all the values cannot appear in a single sharing, the tutor was only sighting an example by bringing various values. For example, 2 or more daughters only get 2/3 in the absence of a son, husband only get 1/2 in the absence of children etc. So most times at the end of the day, the required inheritors will still be within the range of the division in sha Allah

      Surah An Nisa

  • @bilalaksoy7778
    @bilalaksoy7778 ปีที่แล้ว

    Subject to the condition that the inheritor MALE has three children; Inheritance (1/1) = Three Daughters 2/3 + Wife 1/8 + mother 1/6 + father 1/6 = 27/24 is the calculation error of scholars, not the Qur'an.
    In the 11th and 12th verses of Nisa Surah, the heir shares are reported as 1/6 for the mother of the man, 1/6 for the father and 1/8 for the wife, in both verses regarding these shares; By using the word "veledun" meaning a son or a daughter , the heir shares of the inherited man are "conditional that he has a child".
    (Also, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that "if that woman has a child" is not expressed in the text of the Qur'an.)
    It is clearly contrary to the provision of the verse that the said heir shares, which are subject to the "condition of being a child" in the verse, are considered as "heir shares subject to the condition of having 3 children or the condition of having children".
    Because verbs and nouns have a regular grammatical structure in the form of singular (mufred), dual (deuteronomy) and plural (jami) in Arabic,
    it is known as the Arabic grammar rule that the word "veledun" meaning " a son or a daughter " has a singular meaning.
    Even if there is some hesitation in the verse that the word veledun, which means "to be a son or a daughter ", has a plural meaning as "children"; Due to the fact that both the word "veledun" meaning a child and the word "evladü" meaning children, which is the plural of the word veledun, are present in the same text of the verse, to interpret the word veledun outside of the meaning of "a child" or by expanding the meaning of the word "veledün" Nisa 11 It is made impossible by the verse . In the 11th and 12th verses of Nisa Surah, the man who left the inheritance; The heir shares declared as 1/6 for his mother, 1/6 for his father, and 1/8 for his wife, depending on the "condition of having “a son or a daughter ", and the heir share declared as 2/3 for the three daughters of the man who left the inheritance cannot be collected together.
    For example, it is not possible to collect 6 gallons of gasoline with 6 liters of gasoline, 6 gallons must be converted into either liters or 6 liters gallons to be collected. For him, it is mathematically impossible to collect the heir shares subject to the condition of being a child and the heir shares belonging to “three children” together. The process of calculating the heir shares of the inherited man, depending on the condition of a child;
    A- Inheritance share of the inheritor by having a child (one child) = (1/1)
    B- Since he has a daughter, the inheritance share of a child = 1/2,
    C- Inheritance share of the mother of the person who has Veleduna (one child) and inherited = (1/6),
    D- Inheritance share of the father of the person who has Veleduna (one child) and inherited = (1/6),
    E- Inheritance share of the wives of the person who has Veleduna (one child) and left an inheritance = (1/8),
    F-The remaining inheritance share of the person who has Veleduna (one child) and inherits = (1/24),
    It is in the form of Heir Equation A=B+C+D+E+F. Calculation of all heir shares, subject to the condition that the inheritor has a child;

    The Legacy Man = Daughter 1/2 + wife 1/8 + Father 1/6 + Mother 1/6 + Unknown Heir 1/24.
    Since we cannot determine who the unknown heirs and heirs are randomly,
    we should look for these heirs among the heirs declared in the 11th 12th verse of Nisa Surah, 11th 12th and 176th verses of Nisa Surah.
    Legacy Woman and Legacy Man;
    1. Children,
    2. His mother,
    3. His father.
    4. Spouse and Spouses
    5. To the brothers
    There is a set of heirs that we can divide into five in total. In the light of this information;
    Since all the heirs except the sibling received their share above,
    it is concluded that the unknown heir share of 1/24 belongs to the siblings.
    Subject to the condition of having a child;
    Legacy of the Legacy Man; (1/1) = A daughter's share is 1/2 + other heirs' shares, subject to the condition of one child (wife 1/8 + Father 1/6 + Mother 1/6 + siblings 1/24).
    SO FAR, WE HAVE DETECTED THE "HEER SHARES UNDER THE CONDITION OF ONE CHILD", NOW WE NEED TO DETERMINATE THE "HEER SHARES UNDER THE CONDITION OF THREE CHILDREN" DEPENDING ON THE THREE CHILDREN CONDITION LEGACY OF THE LEFT MALE (1/1) = Inheritance share of three daughters 2/3 + other heirs' shares subject to the condition of three children 1/3 It is in the form.
    Here we know that "other heirs' shares subject to the three children condition is 1/3", but since the verses do not indicate to whom and in what proportion the 1/3 heir share subject to the condition of three children should receive, we have to determine these shares.
    Inheritance left by the MALE subject to the condition of three children (1/1) = 2/3 share stated in the verse subject to the condition of having three daughters + Other subject to the condition of three children (Father's (X) share + Mother's share (Y) + Wife's share (Z) + Brother Share(Q)) 1/3 share of heirs is in the form.

      Since each of the heir shares, which were declared as 1/6 of the Father, 1/6 of the Mother and 1/8 of the wife (wives) in the 11th and 12th verses of Nisa, are stated as "condition of being a child" in the verse, these shares are "three children". Since it is explained above that it is impossible to accept as "contingent shares", it is mathematically possible to determine to whom and at what rate the 1/3 inheritance share, which consists of other heir shares subject to the condition of three children, based on our shares subject to the condition of one child.
      In order to make this determination;
      1- Calculation of the inheritance share of the father of the man who left the inheritance, subject to the condition of having three children;
      If the Father receives 1/6 of the inheritance from the inheritance of 1/2 of the man who left the inheritance on the condition of having a CHILD;
      On the condition of having THREE CHILDREN, the Father (X) receives the inheritance share from 1/3 of the inheritance of the inherited MALE;
      We calculate as In this equation
      In the form of X*(1/2) = (1/6)*(1/3), X= 1/9 share.
      This is the process of determining the heir share of his father, which is not stated in the verse, by the calculation method, by using the share declared as 1/6 in the verse for his father, on the condition that the man who left the inheritance is a child.
      2- Calculation of the inheritance share of the mother of the man who left the inheritance, on the condition that he has three children;
      If his mother receives 1/6 inheritance from 1/2 of the inheritance of the man who left the inheritance on the condition of having a child;
      On the condition of having THREE CHILDREN, his Mother (Y) receives the inheritance share from 1/3 of the inheritance of the inherited man;
      We calculate as In this equation
      Y*(1/2) = (1/6)*(1/3), so Y= 1/9
      This is the process of determining the heir share of the mother of the man who left the inheritance, which is not stated in the verse, as 1/9, on the condition that he has three children.
      3- Calculation of the inheritance share of the wife of the man who left the inheritance, on the condition that he has three children;
      If the wife receives 1/8 share of inheritance from the inheritance of 1/2 of the man who inherited on the condition of having a CHILD;
      On the condition of having THREE CHILDREN, the Wife (Z) receives the inheritance share from 1/3 of the inheritance of the inherited man;
      It becomes Z*(1/2) = (1/8)*(1/3), . Z = 1/12
      This is the process of determining the heir share of the wife of the inherited man, which is not stated in the verse, as 1/12, by the calculation method, by using the 1/8 share declared for his wife DUE TO THE CONDITION TO HAVE ONE CHILD in the verse.
      4- Calculation of the inheritance share of the brother of the Legator, subject to the condition of having THREE CHILDREN;
      If his brother receives 1/24 inheritance from 1/2 of the inheritance of the man who inherited on the condition of having a CHILD;
      On the condition of having THREE CHILDREN, his brother (Q) inherits from 1/3 of the inheritance of the inherited man;
      It becomes Q*(1/2) = (1/24)*(1/3), . Q = 1/36
      We can also say that the remaining 1/36th share is taken by the sibling without making any calculations regarding the sibling.
      In this case, the inheritance of the man with three children = Three daughters' Share + Mother's Share + Father's Share + Wife's share + Brother
      1/1 = 2/3 + 1/9 + 1/9 + 1/12 + 1/36
      1/1 = 36/36
      1/1 = 1/1

      As I told you before “veledün” means “a child”. It is not “the child”.
      So there is no problem to say he have a child for a person who has 3 childs.
