This fantastic machine automatically packages phone cards, inspects their serial numbers and boxes and seals them. Simultaneously, packages of phone cards arrive on a conveyor as empty cardboard boxes are picked from a magazine and erected. The packages of phone cards are inspected then placed into the boxes.
Each package is inspected by a Cognex camera to ensure the correct label on each package matches the serial number of the box. Once filled, the box of phone cards are moved to a case sealer and then off loaded to a pallet.
