Corny, but still the greatest mapping I have ever seen. Realistic, (sorta) just enough drama, (Though depressed 'MURICA is VERY ANNOYING) and overall, a fun watch to see Canada, of all nations, in the spotlight! Canada is lovable through MOST of the show, and a great watch. Great job on England, too. Overall, and excellent show. 10/10

I have never seen so much quality be put into a mapping video most of the time it is just like a size 1000 brush over the country but this is in detail and the storyline made the video fly by, Bravo
well, it was one of the best mapping movies i've ever seen. all countries have characters that are not similar at all. gladly will watch it once again a few years later.
I like how right from the beginning, with no words to explain the change, that Quebec has seperated from Canada, and the east coast of Canada (Maritmes) (Nfld., PEI, NB and NS) have already joined the USA. About 30 to 35 years ago, I was shocked to find out the most people on the east coast of Canada, had already decided that if an when Quebec seperates, they will join the States. (My roots are from the east coast, but I was born and raised in Ontario).
If this was a real war in the real world, I wonder how this would play out. Besides, the Russians and Chinese can never hope to compete with the Americans aerial and naval superiority, as well as the British. This also effectively is the reason they couldn’t launch a mainland Japanese invasion but otherwise, great movie!
You don't realize how unstable the USA would be by 2069. They're becoming more unstable with each passing month by now. I've seen it myself, I've been within this thing for over 14 years. By now, a third World War would trigger riots across the countryside. The election of Trump in 2016 caused riots. The election of Biden in 2020 led to civilians occupying the Capitol. Honestly, I'm surprised that the USA is even still around by 2069 in this scenario. If they were, their aerial and naval superiority would be weakened in any foreign conflict because it'd be stuck with fighting rebel groups. This isn't even any foreign conflict, either. It's a third World War. The USA appears united on the map, but in reality, it's probably in absolute chaos.
idk man this is in like 50 years so anything could change, for example 1900 to 1950 we went from european empires to the cold war so things could change in an instant

I know this is really late, but at 1:19:45, for some reason I read the "No!" as "lol" and I just thought that China'd be like: "Lol, gg wp m8, cya noe get nuk'd lmao" Also as to the series itself, to some extent it feels really realistic to me. Like Allies not actually winning, the problem with nukes, even some smaller stuff like Scotland gaining independence. Then again there's some stuff that's kinda weird to me like Italy being a jerk again and LITTERALY everyone except Ukraine, ignoring their differences and joining the final war with the Allies. Still it's really cool! Also China calling Canada "Syrup boy" lmao
Finally, an AFOW where the US isn't portrayed as a bad guy! Amazing story (though probably not very realistic), and I hope there is a Season 2 in the future!
Usually the ones I watch don’t portray America as the bad guy but more the good guy who jumps in without thinking and needs Canada to knock the sense into him.

I've seen ones like that too (from LV, Wonderwaffle, etc) but the ones I'm talking about describe America as someone who interferes in everything and everyone hates him for that, or they think former-President Trump (hey, not showing bias, just saying what I see) is a "tyrannical monster" who wants more power and the economy falls because of him... or even that this country falls into civil war because of how Joe Biden controversially won the election. (One mapper even portrayed a Nazi America rising up from one of these civil wars and taking over Canada and Mexico) Basically, I see that in some mappers' series, the United States can be seen as someone who needs to be on a leash and Canada needs to talk some sense into him, but others take it a little more... extreme? Heck, it even happened in Korean's series when America was found out about China all those years ago and having to pay the price for it. At least he had a proud return by the end of this series.
