I receive text notifications but cannot read them. It Does the same for calls as well. It tells me to continue of phone. How do I turn on features for it to work on the watch so I don't have to keep going back to my phone?
I know I bought 3 Michael Kors watches for my honey and you can just take the watch to the Michael kors store and they'll fix the band for u for free I love these watches and the store people were very nice🤗

Compatible with both Apple iOS and Google Android devices, it will will deliver all your smartphone notifications, allow you to answer phone calls on your wrist, and there is NFC for Google Pay too. For your iPhone to work with it, just download the Michael Kors Access app, set up an account, and follow the prompts to add a new device to your account. In the app, select which device you want to start pairing. Accept the Bluetooth pairing request by selecting “Pair.” You will then see a confirmation screen. Sorry for the confusion. Hope this helps. I don't recommend this one, I have repaired 3 watches that had the back cover falling issue. And the battery life is terrible.
