Man so many people are shocked that Jotaro isn't some sobbing wreck after Part 3. Guys, he knew them for 50 days and it's been 10 years. He probably misses them, but it isn't like he lost his family. And even if he did, he wouldn't be thinking about them 24/7 either.

He has a daughter and wife and is pushing 30 by part 4 this Is not the same man that's shown even more clearly in part 6 when he realizes that his quest to stop stand users after the morioh situation caused him to neglect his family
it is like he lost his family buddy. but even after 10 years of losing a family member, you wont still be a sobbing wreck. sure you will think about them now and again but that applies to jotaro
Jotaro from P4 really has that gambling bluff taken to the next level. He really is more similar to Dio in this regard where he didn't had to display much himself and everyone shook in fear next to him.
Jotaro grew up, he understood violent and irrational decisions would only result him harm and loss of others around him. So he became more understanding more logical and more rational rather than just pure violence and emotions. But sadly that discouraged his fighting spirit soo he began losing his TS duration and SP power because he wasn't fighter anymore but a father. You can easily understand that by comparing his theme from part 3 and part 4.
It's a fact that Jotaro was always smart, even since part 3. The way he solves problems -even when violence is involved- is always outsmarting the enemy and having a good reading of the current situation. Even his fight with DIO is won by outsmarting, albeit with great memes (coupled with the fact that DIO commits a lot of mistakes hehe). For me, this music represents the detective-esque development that Jotaro had by continuing through that path hehe.
