I was behind a Disneyland employee in line for the Indiana Jones ride one time. We talked for the most of the 20 minute wait, I learned a lot, including where all of the cameras on the ride were and that apparently they card very inconsistently in California Adventure. (This was confirmed when my sister needed her passport to order a drink on the pier one day, and wasn't carded at all the next day.) It sounds like a really cool job to work in Disney, they get great discounts at Disney hotels and cruises, so it's super cheap to travel.

I just finished my Disney College Program as a character performer (I have vids on the DCP if anyone is interested) and Colleen was right about people watching you. They have that even in meet and greets with characters like Pooh and Tigger. I know three people that got fired in one week because of they were caught doing the wrong thing by a "higher up".
How does that program work?
+Rhea C It's an internship program for college students to work at Disney as different types of cast members (retail, food merchandising, housekeeping, character performing, etc.). I'm hoping I get in when I apply next year!
+Rhea C She pretty much summed it up! It is a full time internship where you can work an entry level job for anywhere from 3-6 months. You can also take classes and get college credit. I took Disney Heritage for four weeks and also took one seminar called "Personal Branding". I vlogged my program and am still in the process of putting up vlogs from my program if you would like to check out my channel.
