From the looks of it in the trailer her and Jack are trapped inside the cafe that’s just going from Darren and Nancy’s initial reaction in the trailer. Then there’s Juliet who ends up falling through the second floor dining area but spoilers say she makes it but is in a pretty bad and life changing way. So I think she’ll end up burnt or unable to walk/move because the whole thing falls on top of her. And despite what Chelsey keeps saying the red flare that Becky throws in the doors on the floor isn’t what causes the explosion. We see that from the trailer it’s something that’s inside of one of the donation buckets that has some type of fuse/sparkler on it that explodes. If you slow the trailer down and watch it in a slower speed you see that someone has at some point kicked the flare outside because you can see it on the decking and Becky is clearly shown to actually throw it inside the building not roll it. I honestly don’t think they will kill Sylver off as he’s only just returned from Paternity leave. And the actor said in an interview just before his on screen return that he’s got a busy year ahead of him and can’t wait for everyone to see. I think Romeo might save him last minute and that will put all this storyline to bed once and for all (no pun intended.) he’ll probably go back in to get his sister and end up seeing Sylver trapped first as Juliet is buried under all the upstairs, outside decking area that she falls through.
The actress and actor who played Trish and Fergus made it clear that they both was only signed into one year only contracts. The actress who played her no longer signs long term contracts anymore. And they was only brought in to give Warren and Maxine new storylines. So they knew from the off that they was only short term. But Sami?? That was a complete shock that he left although I honestly don’t think he’s left permanently because he was a long term character he’s not given the fans a goodbye video or has anyone stated that was in fact his final episode. So I think he’s just on a break and he’ll probably return when the trial is about to start. He’s been one of the most popular characters over the last couple of years they wouldn’t get send him off without him thanking the fans as he was only meant to be in it for a short time to get revenge on James for what happened to his dad, then the fans fell in love with his character and they ended up bringing him permanently and introducing his family.

Sylver is one of my favourite characters. Brody was my favourite character and Hollyoaks killed him off. Now, I feel like (based on the trailer) history might repeat itself...I mean that deep talk with Cher and the trailer wasn't just a coincidence, was it? Also, I have suspicions that Toby might be in for his downfall based on the trailer and the description for the next episode.
I think Toby will come clean then he and Celeste will get arrested. I think Celeste will be in trouble for lying to the police and I don't know if the fact she knew about the murder will become public knowledge.

Apparently he didn't want to stay on Hollyoaks for too long and become too associated with his character plus wanted other acting challenges.
Well, Cher did say that she felt like Hollyoaks was home, and whether he liked it or not, Sylver was going to make the decision to leave. I guess he just thought it was a good compromise?

My thoughts are that Sylver is about to leave when the explosion happens and he remembers that his daughter and all are in there. Mercedes begs him to go and help Bobby who still seemingly trapped in there but in the end Bobby manages to get out himself but not without torturing Sylver for what he has done to their family. Bobby's going to see his family as much happier without Sylver and leaves him to die.

I understand that Cher loves her dad and wanted him to stay but she been a little selfish and should understand her dad needs to leave for his own heath and sanity. Mercedes is a serial cheat she’s cheated in every relationship and marriage she’s had and she’s cheated on Sylver twice and with that she’s destroyed what they had. Sylver may still love Mercedes despite everything but he also knows he can no longer be with her as he can no longer trust her not to cheat. I think Sylver has done the right thing in leaving and hopefully he can make a fresh start for himself wherever he ends up and meets someone who will love him and only him and who can make him happy. Then once he gets divorced he can marry them and hopefully become a dad again one day.
I’d hope that losing Sylver would make Mercedes change her ways but sadly I doubt it will she’ll just get married again and cheat as she’s always done
