He goes over the tradeoffs of tp vs ignite and how to play as tp against ignite, high damage/mobility champs
Basically take tp to reinforce your laning phase's consistency and be able to pressure enemy team in mid late game without actually following your team around - with tp, as long as it's up you are in essence with your team at all times - just tp to fight if you should, if you don't tp it's like you just left the fight as soon as it started because it just wasn't looking good at all - all this pressure just by having summoner spell difference
He also says playing without ignite enhances your knowledge of your champ - you know how to play and fight with just your champion's abilities and items instead of summoner spell, which makes you more consistent over all and his philosophy is just to be consistent and play with your champ and minion waves/exp as well as possible - advantages can be gained outside of just killing enemy champ and tp facilitiates that the best
