I’ve gone through the same process in the last week. I found that the visibility from the stock mirrors were blocked by my shoulders. Bar end mirrors in the down position were completely blocked by my hands. Bar ends in the up position seem to be the best solution with a much better profile compared to stock.
Enjoying the channel. Keep it up 👍

Thanks for these videos, very useful when thinking about changing the mirrors.

Thanks for the comparison. That was exactly I was looking for. My rearview is blocked by my elbows on my current stock ones.

I'm really enjoying your videos! I'll really grateful that you take the time to show the mods you're putting in step by step. Thank you! Waiting for my '23 to come in next month and hoping to do many of the same :) I like the husky morrors but thinking of the motogadget mo.view street mirrors.
I hope to use it as my main commuter. Have you thought of any carrying options? Tank bag? Backpack? I'm thinking of the "scram" pannier from Unitgarage - they make specific ones for Svarts.

You are most welcome! I enjoy helping out the Svart community!
I haven’t gone for a tank or rear bag. I have a backpack that works great because it has a horizontal strap across the chest as well as the shoulder straps and that keeps it firmly in place. I just throw that on. Thinking about a rear bag.

great video, how's the vibration through your hands since removing the weights?

I haven’t really noticed anything. That said, I re-used all the pieces in the handlebar except black part that caps the end, so when I put these on I just bolted them onto the existing assembly.

Not sure I like the way the bar end mirrors look, up or down. The only solution is the tech parts mirrors that replace the stock mirrors with custom extenders so they are a little further out so you are not looking into your pits.

Honestly, sometimes I feel like the bar ends make the bike look too wide. I got over it pretty quickly. I definitely like the lower profile though.

FuelX from Race Dynamics, mirrors on eBay, K&N and DNA filters on amazon, and LeoVince slip on from LeoVince directly.

i really have problems with the right mirror, i almost only see myself in it

Haven't been riding long myself, but my initial thought is this could be either how the mirror is aligned, or how you are aligned/positioned on the bike. If you installed yourself, try to check with the bike standing upright that they are level and equal to each other. If they are equal and you cant seem to find the sweet spot orientation, get someone to look at you when you sit on your bike as you could be kind of sitting to one side. I have an issue I am rectifying where I sit with my butt more to the left than the right, as I am more prepared to put my foot down in traffic or tensed to shift (relaxing into the correct position is important). Let me know what you find or have found, I am looking at getting the bar ends myself :)
