The part we’re you type the lines in. Everything works except attrib c: and the ren c: lines. For the attrib one it says path not found c:/boot. For the ren one it says the system cannot find the file specified.

Install windows 10 to that usb. 2. plug it to the corrupted pc 3. turn that pc on and spam delete ( or key that gets you to bios ). 4 once in bios, boot windows with the usb drive. 5. click install windows, once they ask you where you want to install windows, there will be option for disk formatting, click on it. Then install.
For cmd part on bcdedit /export c:\ bcdbackup tells me The store export operation failed, the volume does not contain a recognized file, Please make sure that all required file system drivers are loaded and that the volume is not corrupted

Try to change your drive letter in the commands from C to D or E and see if it can find your drive, example attrib d:\boot\bcd -h -r -s
