The reason your in the sky is because when u won u were really high up so the game was suppose to spawn u at the lobby but since u were so high it just kept teleporting up

he maybe has rlly good ping.. if u also hv good ping u would have a less cooldown and in close range there arent cooldowns, its about ur click speed! hope this helped :D
