I like how the Mario characters that have specialized clothing are wearing Red (which are Mario colors), and the Sonic characters with specialized clothing wear Blue (which are Sonic colors).

Well the difference between the Olympics and Odyssey is that in Odyssey, Nintendo stated that Bowser had made his troops design and make the wedding outfit specifically for him *(imagine all the Koopa Troopas and other enemies that had to come together to stitch that outfit together)* so that's why he was wearing clothes in that game. As for the Olympics, there's no canon explanation by Nintendo why he doesn't have an outfit for any of the events, but MY theory would be that maybe the people hosting the Olympics couldn't find a outfit for him nor could they have the time to make one, and Bowser forgot to ask his troops and minions to make him one. Bowser Jr. gets one because he's small enough to fit into those outfits.

The equestrian outfits look great! Especially on Blaze! Not in that way, as she's a child, but she's still undeniably absolutely adorable. There's a reason she's my favorite character. The equestrian outfit on Blaze is all the more adorable. The other characters (excluding Eggman, Wario and Waluigi) look great in it as well.
I did hear that Wario's horse, as well as Bowser's horse, are supposed to be muscular. According to Sega and/or Nintendo, the heavier characters get muscular horses, so that way the horses look tough rather than pitiful.
I love how Blaze acknowledges she really is the best of them all. a girl with no major flaws, character who is always enjoyable to grab and play as. If I ever get a chance to meet Sega, I will highly suggest them to give us the obvious: Blaze's own title, no one else but she. She has totally deserved a game rather than Silver (Rumors says that a gam for Silver is under consideration)
I agree with all of this, but I am sad that her voice actor has changed. She suits a deeper, more mature voice. Similar to the one she had in Sonic and the Dark Knight
@@spiritualturtle8933 Bella Hudson never made many deep voiced acting gigs for Blaze. The deep side is Laura Bailey and the difference can be seen in Olympic games. Bella is more energetic version of Blaze while Laura is more serious and deep. Erica Lindbeck is something between those two and i like the evolution. Tomorrow i finally can investigate the process of her voice

there don't seem to be faults and i'm so confused why. like you can just run through everything and still win? also why does the controller have to shake with each stride when you aren't even jumping in time with the stride? i'm convinced whoever designed this mode had never heard of horses before this.
sentrogaspers9813 sure I can try :) with show jumping you are timed and want to do the course as fast as possible, but if you knock down a pole of the jump, you get 4 faults added to your score. think of them like penalties. my issue with the riding game is that it is set up as an obstacle course, when instead it should be more rhythm based like the gymnastics game is. with the way the riding game is set up it doesn’t count faults so you can run through all of the jumps and all that will happen is that you will slow down. it doesn’t give you an faults for knocking down the rails. Plus it doesn’t make you jump in time with the horses stride (their steps). this is why I think it should be rhythm based. they have standards (the posts on the side of the jumps) in the middle of the course which is so weird. I just think whoever made this mode knows absolutely nothing about horses because it should be a timed rhythm game, not an obstacle course.

Bowser and Larry are the only ones who compete in equestrian. Roy competes in Beach Volleyball, Ludwig in Table Tennis, and Wendy in synchronized swimming(As of Rio 2016, I don't know about this game tho). I guess equestrian just isn't their thing

(which can make for some very close wins.) For Blaze's horse, I would choose 'Resonant Flare.', since Blaze canonically has pyrokinesis (which is the ability to manipulate fire. Plus, putting the word 'flare' as part of the horse's name just kind of fits with her character's ability, you know?) Regarding Tails's horse, they would be named 'Three Steps Ahead' when performing in the Equestrian event, if we consider the fact that Tails is very good at strategizing, not to mention that he's very intelligent.
It would make Eggman, Wario and Waluigi a bit less hideous, and the rest would just be adorable. Blaze in a cowgirl hat would be the most precious thing you could ever see.
