Went to try and catch alligator gar with my 2 buddie for his birthday we never caught one before we were waiting all night right before we were going to leave we ended up each catching one and we got it all on go pro saved.
I would say anyone that has the honor of fishing with their old man not catching anything but enjoying the moment are the best fishing moments.. I lost my dad 2016 and i would give anything in the world jst for one last time to go fishing with my old man! Props on the 10k !!
In my teenage years, we used to go around that area where you were fishing at my best experience my PB was an 8 1/2 foot alligator gar. My dad used to work for the irrigation district and we used to go in with no people around and do a killing with fish, especially those striped bass.
Shoot I remember around 12 years old 1 time wading with my parents, I remember the rod slammed down and I went to go grab the rod, tried to reel it in and ended up getting pulled in, my mom grabbed the rod with me to help and we both were getting dragged in, my dad had to run over to us to help catch the monster on the line. It was a long fierce fight, but I dad was able to reel and drag the fish where we were to see it, it was a giant stingray way bigger than any 1 of us at the time, IT WAS HUGE!!! (Bigger than a standard size person) That's my most memorable experience.
Mine was when I was fishing with my Grandpa I was about 12 yrs old and we were fishing the harbor in PM. My Grandpa was slaying some big trout I was frustrated cause I couldn’t catch any like him so I gave up and went to the truck mad. Then my grandpa came to the truck and told me to stop acting like a little girl and pick up my reel and keep casting! Not to give up so I did I kept casting that Red/white trout killer and 8 min later I landed a 30 plus inch Goliath of a trout. I’ll never forget that day and I’ll never forget the Man who taught me everything I know about fishing “ My Grandpa Ambrosio Torres Rest In Peace. Awesome video Stoic and congrats on your 10k subs! May God bless you with many more bro🙏🏻
Back when i was 12 years old Fishing the mullet run with my dad. We caught jacks , sharks, reds ,trout and mangroves. It was definitely one for record books.
There’s not just one, it’s every time that I get to go with my brother!! I can remember every cast, every fish and every funny moment that’s occurred, usually because of something stupid that I’ve done!😂 He’s not just my brother, but my best friend! Time goes by way too fast when we’re together and I’m blessed to share those memorable moments with him. From the NC mountains trout and smallmouth fishing to the coast of NC catching reds and flounder, they were all my best trip!
@@STOICOUTDOORS bro I live around here fishing at the canal is pretty good but tbh with you i dont fish a lot i just go when im bored yk i do like fishing tho.
Definitely catching this huge bass in a small pond and this family walking by saw that I caught this fish and all the kids were touching the fish and asking to take pictures very proud moment and memory 🎣😃
What’s up brotha good video had a couple days off work and went fishing last weekend ended up catching a 41”black drum at the Loyola beach, goodluck out there brotha
yo is this las rusias close to los indios???????? i literally live down the road in a red brick house im asking cause the canal were my house is a lil down the road and the wall is right there and then accross the street there's another part of the canal but its kinda on a curve right? YOOOOOOOOOOO THIS IS BY MY HOUSE I JUST SKIPPED A LIL MORE ON THE VID DAYUUM AND I JUST STARTED WATCHING U TOO ONLY LIKE 2 VIDS............ that cross right there was from a man that drowned no one knows how but i think he fell and didnt know how to swim and he drowned/died. but i live half a mile from the canal my uncle lives like 5 houses down the curve
Fishing the lights in the Arroyo and feeling a big red hit my lure and then feeling the fish fighting like a trout before pulling out my first snook, super fun and memorable experience.
I remember the first redfish I ever caught was at the Jetties at SPI. My dad took me out there for the first time and we didn't catch anything all day, but on my last cast I clearly remember feeling a massive jolt at the end of the rod and seeing the rod tip nearly scraping the rocks. Me being so little the red made me slip and fall into the water and my dad grabbed me and pulled me up while I still had the fish. But my knee was scrapped up with all that nasty bacteria from the rocks but I eventually landed my first 25 inch red with the help of my dad haha. And yes we cleaned my wound asap.
Me and my girl tried to fish Eagle pass border 😂 before it got bad. Everyone in Mexico was fishing and having a great time. Partying and I think we saw like a school right there
Catching the biggest fish if my life with my dad. Hooked up a 6 foot alligator gar, while my dad roped it up with the lasso. Biggest fish for both of us.
Its a good spot for bass bro the last spot you went to I have videos on that location! Crankbaits are killer there for bass, gar, white bass 👌 finally some fresh water action!
I still remember when my grandpa showed me how to earn my fishing trip he would make me cut his grass to buy my bait 1 bag of chips and 1 bottle of soft drink for all day . Now I have my kids I showed them how to fish I explained to them my grandpa showed me now I’m handing it down to them
My father went through dialysis seven years. Lord bless us two years ago and gave my father a second chance with a kidney transplant. My dad growing up always took me and my brothers fishing. He would always take me and my brothers to the Arroyo Park and we would fish off the second pier because he thought that was the lucky spot. Last year I took my father out on Father’s Day on a bay fishing trip and he caught his personal best trout at 27 inches. It’s definitely gonna be a memory I’ll remember forever. 🎣❤️
@@STOICOUTDOORS - I used to use Berkeley Flicker Shad cranks and they did wonders. Throw it across the current and bring it in medium speed. Those White bass will be stacked up down below the current.
The spots you fisged at the end of the video usually produce nice white bass on deep diving cranks. Great during the winter too!
Niceee man! Thx for the info
I started getting into bass fishing cause of your bass fishing videos during your early days bro!
