At 30:30 Dr. Suman says that the experiential feeling of silence is Brahman. How can that be true if Brahman/Aathma is everywhere? If it is everywhere, we are experiencing Brahman at all times and under all states, why only in that silence? This means we are experiencing Brahman always but are ignorant of that fact in our mind. We are experiencing that silence in our deep-sleep also (when the mind is dormant) but we are not recognizing it when the mind is active. The same is true after the experience of samaadhi. Higher Intellect (Buddhi) is not there in samaadhi to receive that knowledge. Brahman/Awareness is not the silence but the "knower" of that silence, the "illuminator" of that silence or, more precisely, the "knowing!" Mind needs to own up to that fact through discrimination (of what is true and what is not-true). Any object that you are AWARE OF (silence included) is not you. Only Awareness is aware. Simple! And we can do that now in the midst of thoughts directly. Years and years of saadhana is not required. This generation is ready and sharp enough to re-cognize or re-member it directly! Thank you!
