It's very hard to pin down top 5 exotics for each class, but I think you've managed, very good video! If I may suggest anything, I think Nezarec's Sin deserves more recognition. It only requires a use of void damage and in return showers you with energy regen to all your abilites, which I think makes it a very good neutral choice.
I wouldn't sleep on it with graviton lance in pvp either- high int and good amount of kills you end up finishing the game with a silly amount of nova bombs
It really is so tough!! But I agree with you. Nez Sin is also fantastic.
I've always viewed Nezarec's Sin as a worse version of my HoIL. It gives less ability energy, doesn't boost the damage of anything, and is harder to activate and consistently keep up
@gamingoverlord8854 we're comparing apples to oranges if we're talking a Titan exotic versus a Warlock exotic. That's not a fair comparison at all.
@@Eric_The_Cleric If we're just talking about nezzies vs other Warlock exotics then it's just as bad. On void contraverse is just simply better by a long shot. And on all other classes except maybe strand (for now) running Nezzies actively nerfs a build compared to using a subclass specific exotic.
Nezzies isn't bad, but it certainly isn't underappreciated. I think it's appreciated the right amount.
You may have missed it, but Woven Mail was reduced to 55% DR at the beginning of Season of the Deep
The Restoration x2 loop with Sunbracers also makes it even better. Eat a grenade, get heat rises, melee ability into a dive and you have Resto x2. Continue getting solar kills with the right Fragment, and you have infinite Restoration.
dont talk about it everywhere. you are gonna give bungie ideas
@@12thjuly63restoration x2 has nothing to do with sunbracers
@@cyclo_17they dont need to nerf sunbracers
@@DaotherWhere in my original comment did I mention nerfing sunbracers
as someone that has recently come back to destiny, this video is exactly what I needed. Thank you, it was a great watch
I love how all the "best" Warlock exotics are team buffing, Hunters are versatile, and Titans exotics just play into their aggressive crayon eating. I am all for it, I am a Titan main and I can give this video 16 green crayons out of 5 Nezarecs!
Hunters are the opposite of versatile, you're force to play a specific way for a specific circumstances for most all exotics (and supers)
Warlocks being teamplay is getting irritating tbh
What? 3 of the 5 exotics chosen for Warlock do stuff for the Warlock specifically, not to boost the team. Contraverse is the only one that can be argued as being useful for others of those 3 since debuffs are somewhat useful in general. Sunbracers doesn't play well on a team and he mentions that fact in the video. I mean, sure, its raw ad clear and damage potential can be good for a team but it's not a team based exotic. You find that out quickly when you try to use it in lower tier content. Things die way too fast for Sunbracers to be as good as possible, and your team's fighting with you for kills for their kit. Falling Sunstar is just a high ability up time exotic and is also not a great team player. It just so happens that the Warlock constantly being able to give Arc buddies by setting down the rift they will always have up is useful, but that's not exotic-specific.
@@astrocacti5128you're playing a game that requires you to be online to even play because over 75% of activities are team-based what did you expect? All classes are team-based with plenty of team-based exotics. Sounds like you're cherrypicking just to be mad. Plus this dude isn't even correct, 3 out of the 5 Warlock exotics chosen for this list help the Warlock out specifically, and the team-based aspects are non-existent, not specifically intended, or are a part of the Warlock's kit and aren't exotic-specific. If you're mad that people keep asking you to throw on Wellock just say it. You don't have to spam nonsense that Warlocks are all team-buffing exclusively just to be mad at their kit and exotics. Or, I dunno, play another class? They're all so different I'm sure your playstyle can work with something.

man this video is fantastic and well put together , you just earned yourself a new subscriber 👏🏼
Pretty good list imo 😎
The only two I would have in my top 5 that aren’t in the list are renewal grasps for Hunter and Point Contact Cannon Braces for Titan.
Renewal grasps just unlocks so much potential with stasis hunters where you basically cannot die and have a huge slow field nade ready to go.
And PCCB are so busted I use them above heart of Inmost light on my arc titan now… your thunderclap kills and jolts everything around you, if you charge it up it can take care of bigger enemies and you get the melee back near instantly if you tag enough enemies which isn’t hard with it. Would highly suggest giving them a go for anyone that hasn’t tried them since they were buffed last season 👌
I really have been trying a lot more Exotics on my Warlock. So many good ones but I go about feel alot. So Felwinters Helm and Contraverse Hold are by far my favourite
I really like Void due to the power it gives to an aggressive solo player in the endgame, and Solar because when specced to the right things can be a great support, encouraging the amazing gunplay of Destiny. Both are easily my favourite
Dude it was SO tough to narrow down the top 5 for Warlocks. So many exotics are incredible in various situations.
And so many have their own Playstyle or can be used in any
Why would you like felwinter? It's a very weak exotic
@@darkhalocraft4515 and that is a reason to why I don't like an exotic?
Anyway Felwinter is quite good in CC since all you have to do is to do a charged melee or a finisher. And if you are running a build that synergises with that it becomes a fun gameplay loop where everything is weakened by 30 percent and nothing can shoot you, except champs and bosses
@@darkhalocraft4515I've never heard anyone until now call Felwinter's weak. That exotic shuts down entire rooms
I've been using a Fallen Sunstar build since last season and I'm pretty sure my arc-centered kills have shot up several tens of thousands. When it really gets going, my abilities have only seconds of cool downs, and I'm an ad-clearing menace to society. It is easily one of the best exotics to drop lately and has made me love Warlock's arc class even more. My Ikelos SMG went from around 3k~ kills to about 20k. VERY fun and very reliable build for all kinds of content.
Thank you so much for this video it’s really formative and fun keep posting this kind of videos, I subscribed btw :)
Glad you found it helpful! And thank you!
Thankyou yt perfect time for this recommendation with how indecisive I am and there being an exotic reroll glitch
Great Video, freakin lovely!
I think you're sleeping on Geomag Stabilizers. Not only are they easier to obtain than some other exotics, The combination with Coldheart or Thunderlord means a lot of time using Chaos Reach. It's also able to get most people into a position to be able to clear the Legendary Lost Sectors for things like Swarmers or Necrotic Grip.
The buff seems like it did a lot of good for the exotic for sure! Have you tried Fallen Sunstar?
I use them all the time now over fallen sunstar (used to be my go too). If fallen sunstar is a 10/10 on getting all my abilities back, the build I have is like a solid 8/10. A little bit slower or abilities but MUCH better on super usage/damage.
@@AboveDestiny Not yet. I have it but I just finished grinding for a Ikelos smg.
@AboveDestiny I personally prefer geomags over fallen sunstar. I never have any issues looping my abilities with traces, elemental charge, and Kickstart mods. The buff to chaos reach last season and geos this season make them too good to pass up for me. Almost always have a chaos reach for each champ in GMs with my build.
@@itzcobrahands430 Also the extended cast is such an increase in damage. I've been running a lot of Seraph Shield this week and during the last boss I was able to cast it twice even with optimal suppression.
Happy birthday Above!!! Great video
Thank you!!!!
bang, Bang, BANG! - you just keep hittin' em out of the park!
Shinobu’s Vow and Caliban’s Hand are criminally underrated exotics. Also, Woven Mail got massacred. It’s only 55% now, not 60%.
Let them sleep on Shinobu’s so we can keep abusing it 😂
Haven’t used lunafactions in 3 years
I think you should try Shinobu’s Vow on Hunter. It’s very strong and is one of my go-to’s for high tier endgame. For titan, Point Contact Cannon Brace is very strong up to Master, and Second Chance is my favorite Void exotic out of all three classes for any activity. On Warlock, I think I enjoy Dawn Chorus more over anything else, granted, I don’t have a good pair of Necrotic Grips yet.
Happy birthday bub. Video is Nappa approved!
Thanks dude!!!
I've been using Sunbracers since the start of Beyond Light and it immediately became my favorite Warlock exotic in the whole game and I put my mods together to be a loop where my Monte Carlo would recharge my melee which would obviously recharge my grenades which would power my super and repeat, it absolutely scared me when it finally became popular and I realized it might be nerfed.
Hey thanks for posting my list 👍
I’m loving Geomags now that ionic traces give super energy with them equipped
Mothkeepers have it for me for Hunter. Two blinding / healing grenades that do decent damage. So good in raids.
They'd be top for me if they did more damage. Can get more out of most other stuff but definitely nice to get the overshield
With so many different play styles and strong exotics it’s hard to make a list like this but you nailed it. Syntho is arguably the best in the whole game bonk hammer and banner of war are S+ tier
Heavy Handed w bonk and strand titan is just absolutely stupid op rn lmao
As of now, I cant really use Contras for my Voidlock. However, Briarbinds have really stepped up to become one of my favorite exotics.
And no way he put aeons in top 5 for hunters 😂
FYI, the synthosepts and pyrogale swap was removed in an earlier update on I think either week 2 or 3 of the season
I think he was just saying you can use synthos for the neutral game and then just use pyros for when you want to use your super
A good exotic for warlock in my opinion is Mantle of Battle Harmony. A good solar weapon can pretty quickly get your super back even if you have well active.
actively throwing, ophidian aspect is known as a pvp exotic, but on strand with izi gl rocket ophidian, its one of the best damage in the game against most bosses
Not even bro. So many better exotics for dps. Especially with god roll weapons you really don't need to ever reload your guns using the animation during dps anymore. Especially on strand, you just don't have to ever reload if you use it correctly.
I use Briarbinds instead of Contraverse and Geomags over Sunstar. I use both the Canoe helm and the Sunbracers. I always overlook Lunafactions. I notice that Stasis is really struggling for exotics to make them excellent. And that is a pity. Stasis is such a fun subclass........especially on Titan.
Above: *Leaves out Omnioculus*
Mactics: *ENTERS THE CHAT WITH MALICIOUS INTENT*
Hey Above
Please make a subclass tier list for Season 22 for new players. If you're willing to make it a seasonal series, please add seasonal mods also in the mix. Thanks
Hey dude! This video is actually in the works as we speak :)
@@AboveDestiny Can't wait!!
Vesper is so much fun now. And it works in hard content too.
Vesper is great! I’m partial to Fallen Sunstar, but both are amazing.
Lunafactions over Osmiomamcy? 👀
Osmiomancy doesn't even get an honorable mention? How far Stasis has fallen.
Osmio is great, but yeah unfortunately Stasis itself has been powercrept so much that it doesn’t make the list.
Id say omnis and Orpheus rigs are better than gyr for high end content. It's better to have 2 on demand invis with a push of a button over kill requirements. Omni give resistance while invis which has saved multiple gm runs. My Orpheus rigs setup allows me to make loads of orbs and constantly weaken for 30% in gms, most of the time having another ready before the first is gone
If the Hunter knows what they're doing - absolutely not. Gyr is far, far better than both. I ran it for my day 1 clear of Crota challenge mode and for every single GM I've cleared since the introduction of it. And with the right mod setup, it rivals Orpheus rigs' tethers + if you're good at Hunter then you'd know you can extend the tether's debuff without having an anchor point on the ground and instead using weaken nades to extend the duration with the right timing.
But I guess if you need to dummy proof everything and play with people who need handholding, then omni is better. :)
I would somewhat agree but I think they are all generally on the same level. I have a build for Gryf, Orph, and omni. I most often play Orph but I switch based on the team comp.
@Sorastae I pass on weaken nades, I'd rather use the 20 stat points in mobility. My Orpheus build has 5x 100 stats but you are entitled to your opinion. I just prefer Orpheus over everything else for what I do
It's REALLY tough man. All of them are so good in their own right. I think Gyrfalcons has a higher skill ceiling, and allows you to play much more offensive than the other exotics do.
@@Sorastaeif you were good at hunter you would know that the tether debuff cant be extended by other debuffs, it drops down to whatever the other debuff value is after the tether ends
Warlocks: what is my purpose?
Hunters + Titans: div b and heavy maker
Fallen sunstar is by far my favorite exotic for mid-tier content just barely not cutting it in master or GMs
contraverse is still nice but i feel like with how easy it is build into crazy nade regen and our dr they’ve been powercrept personally.
Literally thought this myself. Just felt like the other Warlock exotics were a bit too niche to make the top 5. Which exotic would you replace Contra with?
honnestly i would remplace contraverse with briar bind, personally i think it enable a good gameplay loop, can either provide health per void soul or ability energy depending on your rift.
its self sustainable because of rift energy refund and the ability to have a absurd amount of area covered in weakened and damage over time
so in the end i think it provide more than just contraverse@@AboveDestiny
Yeah briarbind had retired con traverse for me, having an army of void buddies gives me more options and it’s just a better team player exotic because I can make a rift every five seconds
I still think Nezerac’s sin is better in my opinion.
@@AboveDestinyprobably briabinds personally the spreading around of weaken and the insane ability and healing is really nice
Necrotic Grips should've made its way on the list imo. Whenever I play Warlock, it tends to be my go to
Massive dub of a video❤
Thank you!!
Personally I think Orpheus Rig for Hunter is so undervalued.
Probably my most favourit Hunter exotic in the game doesnt really change how you play the game but increases the fun you can have on all difficulty levels. Spammability of a super like this is crazy good especially for solo play.
what helmet/armor is that when you were showing contraverse?
The Hunter exotic that never gets enough credit is Sixth Coyote. Think of any ability/aspect/fragment or class ability activated by dodging. Now double that. Load up on Class Ability mods & fragments and you can triple the effect. It's good for every subclass. Void turns you into a stealth rez machine. Arc/Solar/Stasis builds can get you an infinite melee/dodge recharge loop, and Strand gets you eternal suspension.
one small thing he didn't mention is if you use the sunbracers and stack on the fragment thay extends buffs with kills and slap on phoenix dive you can have infinite radiant and restoration x2 while spamming grenades and melee, pair that with armor charge and you have extra stats, along with weapon damage and class ability regen, not thay you'll need is as if your in the air your melee comes back after 1 singular kill and anytime you scorch something your class regens faster and you can dive again if you run out of resto or to collect orbs and sprites
I'm experimenting with Necrotics on Solar with thorn. While not nearly as crazy as Sunbracers, it still has a million melees going out constantly (heat rises). Good uptime on Radiant (constant melees). Resto x2 whenever needed (built it with very fast class ability regen, faster class regen when scorching). Really fast supers, as well as not being nearly as janky as sunbracer's are, it plays consistently and smoothly. When (maybe if lol) the Final Shape comes out the new solar super will be a slightly better sunbracers, and pared with necrotic, the melee will be amazing.
People are sleeping on Thorn (pre-Season of the Wish) right now. The hand cannon buff really helped it. It hits like a truck because it's a handcannon. Not as much dps as Hawkmoon, Malfeasance, or any lucky pants build, but it does place right below those. Paired with Necrotic, it does great damage and great ad clear. Never pull out my specials really.
Please tell me you’re not a hunter main with Aeons on our list. 😭
For hunters omnioculus is literally the goat. Especially is end game content
ok so, as a hunter that loves Errianna's Vow, Lucky pants is THE BEST. a 600%-ish damage boost and a free anti-barrier. And Spine is so fun with a gunpowder gamble build, just toss everything.
As a warlock main, I’d personally pick Nezarec’s Sin or Briarbinds over Contraverse Hold (which I also like). And I’d run multiple things over Lunafaction Boots, including but not limited to Phoenix Protocol or Boots of the Assembler for squad play.
Also like Mantle of Battle Harmony a lot. Tlaloc lives on through that chest to some extent.
Id take Contraverse over Briars anyday tbh but id also take Geomags or Vesper over Sunstar too
@@fishnutz5196vesper is not as fun as geomags in my opionion but they are really good and you can get really aggressive with them even in stuff like Gm’s
@@chaserucker604 you already get alot of energy from ionic traces so id rather Geomags over Sunstar all day. Choas Reach feels horrible without Geos too
@@fishnutz5196 I agree, I primarily use geomags to. Arc warlock is nice because it has quite a bit of ability regeneration on its own and with geomags the super is actually pretty dang good and you get it pretty frequently
Yep, best creator dropped another banger vid 💜
Thank you Ducy!!
In my personal experience liars handshake is parallel if not stronger then AC, it allows healing while damaging. Yea the arc melee alone is powerful but if you don’t secure that first kill you don’t go invisible and if you’re up against a tanky enemy you’re probably dead. Also you didn’t mention lorely splendor, I would consider that a pretty good exotic for survivabilty it’s not gonna match those other ones damage wise but I find it to match the description of heart of inmost light as all my abilities almost immediately come back after I use them.
Liars handshake just losses out In functionality in endgame content since you need survivability. While AC lets you solo GMs in under 10 mins.
Reason why he didn’t mention Lorely is because it just isn’t good anymore. The best defense is offense in this game, getting a kill and making a sunspot will do the same job as Lorely, while allowing you to kill tougher enemies quickly. It’s why solar titans best exotic paring is synthoceps, then pyrogale for bosses.
Second Chance is a heavily underrated pick,
2 shield charges that give void weaken to targets, along with Anti-Barrier.
Yeah, underrated.
Could just make a grenade build with weaken than does ad clear and more damage against bosses and just use a anti barrier weapon like wishender. Second chance needs some buffs imo
Lucky Pants definitely beat out Foetracer for me, especially when paired with Malfeasance or Warden's Law. The other day I ran a Revenant LP build with a 4th Times/Vorpal Warden's Law on a Master Lost Sector 30 levels under with no Stasis surge or surge mods equipped, and I was able to freeze and then kill Overload and Unstoppable champions in one magazine of hand cannon ammo if I landed all crits. Lucky Pants + Warden's Law + Duskfield with Whisper of Rending can lock down and melt any champion in the game.
Correction, void vortex grenades dont debuff on their own. You have to put on echo of undermining for it to do that.
Imo Orpheus rig is easily top 5 for hunters.
Orpheus is amazing as well! It was right on the fringe of top 5, but felt like Gyrfalcons does more as an exotic.
I don't use wepons that take the green ammo boxes that much so how would that benefit me I do use heavy ammo more 🤔
do you have a titan arc build you would like to share?
Love u my g
Ay much love bro! 🙌
Actually (as a voidwalker main), when I got my hands on Briarbinds, I threw Contraverse Hold out of the window. The new Void Exotic does the exact thing as Contraverse, but way better and has some utility with it. Simly run Overcharged nades and CoOG, as well as echo of harvest and starvation. What I disliked about Contraverse is that if you ever missed a nade, you will become useless for 2 minutes while the new build can actually start a gameplay loop on nade, class ability or a weapon kill and you can even get invis and it works incredibly well in Mars BG GM this week.
Wdym it ‘basically does the same thing as contraverse’ Briarbinds while they are amazing and a lot of fun, do not give you the same grenade regen as Contraverse.
they absolute do NOT do the same as contraverse... you must be a new hunter or titian who came to our side..real die hard warlock mains no better LOL to make a dumb false statement like this
contras shit on briars, there is no contest
It is a bit harder to learn to maintain the gameplay loop on Briairbinds than Contraverse, but, once you do, it becomes way more potent than Contraverse, be that solo or teamplay. After building around the exotic and aspects a bit, I tested it in Master Lost sectors around 20 lvl under and played many GMs on it this season (last season I was using Contraverse when Singe was Void) and came to the conclusion that Briarbinds can maintain the same gameplay loop adn grenade spam as Contraverse while also being useful in DPS scenarios with 15% weaken effect when you don't have tether or Div on the team and providing more area denial than Contraverse ever will (enemies slowed by the CotOG can't exit it's area of effect same way as under slowed debuff and can't shoot you back accurately).
Also Echo of Starvation is stronger than feed the void aspect now since you get full health by picking up orbs of power and you get invis for escaping sticky situations as well which is super useful to retrieve the Void Soul for free and restart the loop.
I have 2k hours in the game soloed a couple of GMs (not during the bug weekend) and my most played class by a long shot is warlock (around 80%) so please, no bichin that I have no idea about the game.
@@andreymavian3400 OK! Dang brother thank you for the long explanation I will have to give that a try. Do you recommend with healing rift for extra energy? Or empowering for extra health? And what are some other moss you recommend? Also what’s the best way to proc Invis?
Respectfully, I disagree with you on Omnioculus. It brings some of the best survivability for Hunters, imo, along with an engaging gameplay loop. I don’t do too many things in end game due to having no friends, but when I do, I always pick up Omni. Safe and you can still do a lot of damage with the right weapon loadout.
I personally vouch for crown over sunstar any day~ Outside of team play, which crown doesn't have, it's the better choice for constant ability spam, including super! People heavely sleep on crown, and forget that crown gets a lot of benefit out of traces too.
Personal taste I suppose! Also while niche, I love using lumina and assembler together, allows for constant 35% buff to your team, even mid dps! Very slept on.
Was controverse hold nerfed after void 3.0 because I swear it felt so much weaker the next season
Forgot about briarbinds. They're really good and better than controverse.
Been seeing a lot of people mention them, so I’ll definitely have to give them another try!
i have a small gripe with sunbracers, even though it was my favorite for like, my entire time playing the game since chosen.
now if ONE player has sunbracers and does all the ad clear but doesn't have ammo spawning mods, he is basically not making any ammo for anyone and is just wasting potential ammo gains just to clear the room quicker, which i need to remind people, that its bad.
like sunbracers wasn't good because it had unlimited grenades, but because all you had to do is get a charged melee kill to get it going, but now? melee scorch FB is needed to start the thing which is Pretty annoying at times, and makes it so the gaunts don't activate half the time, especially when you NEED THEM to activate.
which is why, i went from well-lock (basically the only subclass worth playing anymore with how USELESS everything else on warlock is), to titan and hunter mixed play, because hunters look good when you add actual color to them and not just vanta black, and because titans have the same ability regen as warlocks, but their exotics aren't situational and have their place.
Briarbinds have completely replaced Contraverse for me.
Dude I've been hearing great things about them. Why do you prefer them?
@@AboveDestiny the ability to run chaos accelerant, child and the devour fragment. Your void souls get stronger with every kill, you can pick up the void souls and they stay buffed. Draining enemies feeds your cool downs so you always have your grenade and rift. It’s kinda funny to have multiple void souls on the field. They also seem to track better than their vanilla version.
@@crabbit.nezarecs sins you will be missed rest in peace
The warlock list should literally have been all gloves: necrotic, sunbracers, briarbinds, osmiomany, getaway/ophidian. But I could see swarmers making the list as an honorable mention.
Personally I’d swap cuirass w strongholds. With strand you can run it w BoW and WM, with Solar you can spec into restoration to improve its uptime and keep yourself alive longer and with void you can use an overshield/volatile mix and with all of these you just won’t die. Arc just doesn’t do it for me anymore as far as anything difficult
Fallen Sunstar is REALLY good if you use Coldheart with it, cause Coldheart now generates ionic traces at max power, so constant ability upkeep even more than normal
Dude strong hold, with banner, with lament can take light blade hits ;)
Orpheus Rig have not left my legs as soon as I go to Nightstalker. Because moar tethers = moar satisfaction, and getting half your tether cooldown back in a single go is like busting all the nuts
More tethers, more super. More super, more tethers.
Radiant Dance Machines are underrated.
I mostly play hunter so I cannot judge your rankings there (though they seem rather accurate). I think you should have replaced Foetracer with the new un-nerfed Renewal Grasps. I personally dislike them for being somewhat boring but they are undoubtedly really good with all that damage resist.
If I could buff 1 exotic in the game it'd 100% be Arthrys's Embrace. One of the most fun exotics but it is really held back by being somewhat difficult to use and the massive damage increase not working against bosses (I have 300k throwing knives and a dream).
As a warlock main, I'd choose something like nezys sin or briarbinds over controvers hold, and possible crown of tempests over fallen sunstar but geomagns easily outclasses both, and lunafactions are still good for double slug rotations but that kinda it, instead of that I'd say a better exotic for warlock would be osmiomancy due to its usefulness in solo and team activities
Crown of Tempest gang smoke that Fallen Sunstar pack 💯💯💯💯💨💨💨
How can you spam Throwing Hammer like that, wasn't the 1.4 second cooldown a thing?
No necrotic grips? Even tho they make the best strand build in the game lol haven taken them off since light fall dropped
Just to confirm cenotaph stacks? Aka youd get 2 bricks from one champ if 2 people mark it?
Correct
I always wanna enjoy sunstar but everytime i put it on Crown of Tempests gives me mean looks and i crumble
lunafaction is crazyyyy
When I asked other creators and high placement day 1 players in the poll, Luna’s was mentioned in every single one of their lists.
Surprised BriarBinds was t mentioned

Really surprised to see the plane highway helmet here
Lucky pants is mad underrated frfr
Not really lol it was the pick at witch queen launch but then nerfs just play bonk
There is no way Foetracer is more important or better than Omni in end game content. Omni is the only thing that gets so many teams through GMs.
Foetracer is borderline broken with strand in gms. You can use sever melees and decoys, and quicksilver chunks down high value targets. When we get a truly powerful strand heavy it’s gonna be my go to for borderline everything
If you haven’t checked out my video on what Foetracer can do I highly suggest it. Account for some of the highest DPS rotations in the game and is unbelievably strong against champs as well. Omni is great, but with how strong subclasses are nowadays, it’s not nearly as necessary as before.
The new Warlock arms are pretty damn good
I would argue Briarbinds are better than the Contraverse Holds now if you get decent at timing how long your void souls are out damaging ads and what not, you can consistently have 3 void souls damaging and suppressing ads keeping them from shooting you ( especially in large groups). Since i got them i havent used anything but void this season pretty much.
Can I have the name of the helmet at 7:10 ? It looks really nice
Its from the canis luna armor set, only available during holloween
@@drefarley8527 Thank you very much for the answer. Will buy it on holloween then.
If youre using star eaters, gathering storm is probably the worst ulti to pick 😂
Sooo no sealed Ahamankaras for hunter?
wow. no mention of machineers tricksleeves
Lucky pants and malfeasance is a god pve build i solo flawless gm'a with it
Geomags not mentioned. Also, Nezarec's sin is better than contraverse
I feel like I'm crazy but I think sunbracers are way overrated. I come back to them every season because I keep hearing how great they are, but between teammates stealing your kills, melee kills not finishing off majors, and having to maintain very tight restoration timers in harder content, they just never click for me. Sure they're strong in solo content, but I'd rather use arc hunter or strand titan for that anyways
I don’t think they’re the greatest in under-leveled content, but on level dungeons and raids they are nuts!
Although most of the exotics you mentioned are good, I would argue several of them are not too five. Sunbracers are fun but pretty mid in higher tier content and foe tracers are definitely not as good as several other Hunter exotics
Dude, sunbracers are tied with syntho... You can literally solo 1 phase riven with it and wreck a room in Seconds
@@darkhalocraft4515 riven is not high tier content, the light level is way too low. Also that is only using the cheese. Yes in low light level content it is strong but lots of things are strong when you are way stronger the the enemy.
tldw these are all good but run what u want. another informative vid by above.
Title says top 5 for good reason. "Run what you want" sure, but the best is still the best. Thanks for a very useless input, I guess?
ur not wrong i guess. i do comment on one of his choices too. just weary some people take content creator word as gospel and only run that. just reminding peeps that’s all.
Obvi not gonna force anyone to run exotics, but felt like an interesting convo to narrow down best in slot.
@@AboveDestinycompletely agree
Bro replace either controverse or lunafactions with necrotic grips.
Then replace aeon swift with either luckypants or liars handshake.
And for titan defo replace abayent leap with either ashen wake, no backup plans, hoarfrozt, or pheonix cradel, abeyant is pathetic now especially with syntho strand being meta,
Cowl is better in most scenarios than liars, and if u build into it right, an aggressive aeons with void can almost reach gyrfalcons level volatile
Abeyant is still better than what you listed. Those other Titan exotics are bad.
An Honorable mention for Titans would be armamentarium, this on an Arc titan is insane. Pair it with Pulse grenades and boom you get infinite grenades with the help of ionic traces, one grenade gives you up to 6 ionic traces and with armamentarium you get 2 of them
Pyrogale says you get five fire cyclones but it’s really just three.
