Just far too long and rambling too be a useful guide, you could probably cut 2h:45mins and it would still get to the point of building a warship and training some warriors for it, without all the phaff.

I guess the problem is: you always set up goals that require a speed-run, and NO ONE yet knows all the strats on HOW to speed-run whatever game it is you are playing since it's so new! ;-p So you usually fail, but get fairly far along despite that handicap...so YAY for getting a raid in! (Though not sure how long it took since it seems there were some skips in there...;-p)
I wish you had used the terraform to smooth out the very bumpy ground. ;-p Not sure if it costs a lot of silver, but at points you HAD silver for it.
Yeah, by taking in all the new families you got too far behind on making new food sources. I think you really WILL need to make small satellite outposts with 2 or 3 houses and a well and maybe their own market or warehouse to be able to get mats back to the town center.
Was really excited for it after your first glimpse; but right now, yeah, the QoL of always having to cut trees, be on top of the planting (which in my lay-out would be hard since there would be farms in various places!) and even noticing and having to refill building slots when people die...will wait til they get a big update that you play! ;-)
