Great clip! I am grateful that small family owned companies like this still exist and thrive today! Corporations are nice and efficient at making profit, but the real gems, are usually the vision of one talented, passionate and hard working person.. not of committees. Thank you to all the great people that work there and to Mr. Per! I am very happy to use your products.
I make amorphous C cores transformers in my home shop. They are manually intensive to wind, but they sound great. I use AMCC-1X and AMCC-10X. The 1X I use as a double C core. I designed the bobbins myself, and I 3D print them.
This is amazing. Like the video says, the process behind winding transformers is very manually intensive. I use a small hand winder, and it takes me about 4-5 hours to wind a 1 to 10 mic input. Shielding, soldering, testing, and potting takes another 1-2 hours.
These are the best audio transformers available. Great to see inside the factory. Thanks!
Looks like an amazing place to work!
Thanks :) We like it here!

Wow-any pictures or video's of your work?
I plan on getting a tube microphone with a Lundahl transformer. It’s gonna be amazing!
You guys are awesome
😊
Is there a cheaper alternative to these?
Lots of cheaper alternatives. Hammond is less expensive, not as good but less expensive. You get what you pay for.
