Do you know how can i upgrade flutter in Project IDX? Because the Dart SDK & Flutter there is outdated for my existing project. I've been trying to upgrade it but got no result

did you check for pubspec.yaml file and check the version?

Yes, that's the problem, I've tried the fvm package for multiple flutter but it still doesn't work.
Hopefully there will be a solution in the next(future)
