Thank you for this video. I normally make things for the homeless and other charities on the round peg looms, but was trying to fijnd a faster way to make bedrolls for the homeless, as well. I am going to buy 4 of these looms and make up a bunch of blankets for the homeless shelter near me, for Christmas. I can't wait to get started!!
I just got 3 more loop de looms to make a bathroom rug with tshirt yarn. I can't wait to try it out and this tutorial definitely gives some great tips. I love my loop de loom!
Any time I make a long item I bunches up so much. Is this common? How do I stop this ? It gets really tight. And it’s really difficult to get to feel the same.
If you guys like loop de looms, ( and this is a recommendation ) You guys should try Rainbow loom!! I am not looking for hate comments this is just a recommendation to see if you like it or not! :)
Advanced video. It looks like you're pulling the yarn down on EVERY OTHER loop. Would be nice if you brought that to the attention of the viewer for those of us who are not familiar with this type of loom. Also, by connecting 4 looms, you've made the rug HOW WIDE? Thanks for the video.
Weaving is beautiful but requires too much equipment, and immobilizes you to one working station. Especially when you try to do something more than a napkin. I could make a blanket with just a crochet hook, and carry my stuff to the park if weather allows.
I use these looms and they are quite portable too and you can work on your lap in a recliner. They are the most simple user friendly loom I have seen and make nice work too.

Does anyone know how to use multiple strands on the Weft? I'm not seeing how that will work.

By sewing a couple long seams, do you think this would make a nice blanket?
How long was your initial starter yarn to make this size? TFS

It should be about 28 inches wide. One loom completes one project that is about 7 inches wide.

This requires very little equipment. As far as "one working station," well, everything in life is not portable.
Do what works best for you.
Pls give me one maeshin
