I rarely comment on TH-cam videos, but I just had to for this one. I clicked because of your guest, Nazmul Ahmed, but right from the start, it felt like he was the host, and you were the guest. If that's the dynamic, why invite him to your podcast? Just have him start his own podcast, and you can be the first guest!
All the additional insights you shared are informative and offer great advice, I’m not denying that. However, it would have been better to create a separate solo video for your audience to cover those topics, rather than interrupting your podcast guest while he was trying to share his perspective.
As a podcast host, one key trait you should have-and it's essential-is the ability to listen first and allow your guest to share their story. Your audience is here to hear from the guest, not your personal life lessons.
Am I being disrespectful? No, I'm not. These are just the things you need to uphold as a good podcast host. Your role is to let your guests share their insights and life stories, because we, the audience, are here to learn from them. If you keep interrupting them to share your own experiences and thoughts, then it's better to stick to solo videos for that kind of wisdom.

আমি যদি বলি আমার প্রথম সমস্যা হলো লোকলজ্জা যেমন, আমার মন বলে দোড়ানো দোড়াতে হবে আমি যানি এটা আমার জন্য ধরকার কিন্তুু আবার আমি দোড়াই লে আমার বন্ধু, আসেপাশে মানুষ এবং পরিবারের মানুষ দেখলে কি বলবো এটা জন্য আমি কি করতে পারি।।
