Kolkata Metro should use particular colour to the respective line in rakes to mark it better nd understanding the way Delhi nd Bengaluru Metro using. Instead of Medha nd Dallian RC rake in Blue, Orange nd Yellow line 😊❤
One More Metro line is needed to connect Budge Budge with Garia via Dakghar > Behala Chorasta > New Alipore > Rasbehari > Gariahut > 8B Jadavpur > Garcia / New Garia .

Dont hope Satragachi extension too much I have old news(5-6months old) that KMRC cant build satragachi extension without States financial support/fund. And there is no hope for state funding the KMRC currently So Satragachi extension is a distant dream

The silt bed nd clay of Hooghly river doesn't allow big bridges to be made on it, it's very sensitive nd risky. Also the Kolkata Post trust area is planning an expansion of the port nd tea park in their areas with WB govt. Nd the stretch between Ruby nd Kalighat is very congested, metro over bridge is not possible, under ground tunneling method is only option for tht bt the Metro railway hasn't planned on this ever so can't say much.. Bt it might be done after few years
I don't support the construction of metro viaduct over partially demolished building. Vibration of metro can fatally damage the building leading to Bow Bazar like incident
All the residents besides the tracks are results of illegal promoting. The whole line and land beside it is own buy india railways. So both parties didn't wanna go to legal trouble so the compromise on their ends and continue the build process.
Metro has qualified engineers to determine effects like that. What you support or not is absolutely immaterial. Use your time and brain power for something useful.
