If you order it online in Canada, although there won't be any activation charges but it will take around 10-20 days to deliver.

Apne fido ka sim India se kyu ni liya as idhar they deliver it for free and after you bought fido sim from there did they charge any registration fees which everyone says it's 60$ and free if u buy it from India and another question, should I get my CIBC debit card directly from bank after coming to canada or should I let them deliver here in India as my agent told it's possible

So, they basically charge a 60 dollar one time fee for activation of your sim, provided if you buy the sim at an offline store. In my case they said that the store will pay 30 dollars for me, so they charged only the remaining 30 on my first billing cycle. It completely depends on the store and employees, sometimes they completely waive off the activation fee for you
